Ulasan Novotel Porto Gaia

La estancia y la habitación estuvo estupenda y el trato de la recepcion tambien estuvo bien,disponen de mini cuna que no es tan mini cuna está perfecta,y el desayuno bufet libre está bastante bien

Hotel desperately need renovation. Rooms and mattress we well used condition

We traveled as a family, and found the novotel very family friendly. The playground inside (with ikea Kitchen, ikea tunnel, ikea darts, etc) and outside (slide, check) at the beautiful garden. The rooms are big enough for 2 adults and two small children. The only thing is, the kids pool was a bit dirty as everyone has to walk through it, to get to the adults pool.

The staff had a weird rude attitude throughout our stay. It isn’t exactly the nearest from the main area in Porto, but it worked for us for what we needed it.

My family enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. It’s was a little disappointment to came to our room and not found it clean, specially the bathroom.

Staff was really nice, the room ok but the air conditioning was not perfectly working and was very slow. Pool was often crowded and we had an electricity shortage in the night and in the morning. I don’t know the cause but it tainted a little our stay.

Overall good. With Uber also very practical to reach the old city or sea shore. Breakfast crowded and no wi-fi in room for 2 days, but this is minor inconvenience. Kids loved the pool.

Great overall experience! The staff, grounds and food have all been great! Would stay again :)

The rooms were quite smqll , but ok. We stayed with our 2 Teenage kids, so 4 persons. But it was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was also good wirh lots of options, pancakes, scrambled eggs, freah fruits & soy milk. you can walk about 30 minutes to the bridge to cross to potlrto old town or by taxi, about 5-6€. overall a nice hotel!
