An excellent great from airport to hotel by water taxi , attendant waiting at the dock to great you and settle you to the bar to have a cocktail as they check you in . Fabulous bar with a stunning room . Check in quick and efficient . Room deluxe that I booked had a patio and enough mirrors in the room to capture any angle you like in pleasure. I would gladly stay in this hotel and its location is fabulous . Staff excellent . Grazie Millie for a wonderful stay

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was impeccable. Every staff member at this boutique hotel, from reception to the bar, was kind and welcoming. Our room was unique and filled with beautiful oversized mirrors, extremely comfortable bed, wonderfully outfitted bathroom and so many little extras and touches. Our room and the entire hotel was sparkling clean. Thank you Michele for making us laugh every day, we enjoyed talking with you. Fillippo you are wonderful and we look forward to visiting you both again in Venice or maybe seeing you on one of your vacations to New York! Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was always great with so many options. Don’t miss a chance to stay in this beautiful hotel. It is truly one of a kind.

Hotel is nice and clean, perhaps a bit strangely decorated - very big mirrors on every wall in the room. Very attentive service, perfect breakfast, located a bit away of crowd but just 10 mins by feet from St.Marco square. Highly recommended fro couples.

Great experience. A great combination of modern and classic. Beautiful place. On the grand canal on one side and between the small streets on the other. Great location. Easy access to boats transportation on the canal, while walking distance from most places. Personal and warm service. Welcoming and caring staff .Always with a smile. Unique design.

All round fabulous stay. Arriving at the "door" direct from the water taxi is always a delight in Venice. Straight into a very comfortable reception area and presented with a welcome glass of prosecco. You can tell it's going to be a good experience. The top-floor suite with its private lift and two terraces was outstanding. A shame the weather rendered the terraces unusable during our time there! Sometimes you want to get away from the very traditional Venetian decor of other hotels. This property achieves that by providing a modern take on Venetian heritage. It's a lovely boutique hotel, providing all the essential services without hordes of people. Staff were very helpful. I'm sure we will return.

We’ve been to Venice several times having been married there 30 years ago. We’ve stayed in a variety of 4 and 5 star hotels. This was the best. Ideally located 50m from the Grand Canal, close enough to St Marks to walk in 10 minutes. Far away enough to feel a bit of the “real Venice”. The excellent accommodations forms the foundation but in the end the true measure of a great hotel is the staff who makes it all work work. So a 5 star accommodations can be bought. The staff has to love their work and know how to anticipate what each guests what’s out of them. PZ staff is 5 star as well which speaks well of the owners. From now on here is where we stay.

Beautiful hotel! We arrived via water taxi on Grand Canal and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Wonderful restaurant & bar area. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean, we stayed in a family suite (2 rooms) and enjoyed being in a quiet location but still easy access to walk to all the sites. Staff was extremely helpful - especially when we thought we had a late checkout, we left to explore and our bags were basically packed but in our rooms, they kindly moved our bags and put all our valuables in a safe place, I was extremely impressed with how professional they were and also very kind to our young kids. Thank you!!!
