Great location, close to the city center and a very quiet area. The staff were very friendly and the room was quiet, perfect for a rest, though a bit small.

Nice location near the water , we for the room on the ground floor next to the dining hall so privacy was not great and couldn’t really open the windows as any guests in the dining room could see straight into ours

1. They gave me the top floor room as soon as I arrived, the very last floor, and there's no elevator, so I had to climb stairs. The pictures didn't show it at all! I came for the murals, but I didn't see anything on the top floor. I negotiated with the Venetian owner, and they said I could only stay on the top floor for an extra 30 euros. Oh well, I couldn't bear to spend that money. It was definitely not what I expected. 2. I cooked noodles with bottled water at night, and I asked my son to get some, thinking it was free. He got two bottles, but the next day at checkout, they charged me 10 euros for two bottles! Even Shakespeare must have been ripped off by Venetian merchants. 3. The location was decent, quite great. The room didn't smell bad, really nice, and the sheets were clean.

Everything was perfect! A magnificent establishment! A warm and very professional welcome, smiling and attentive staff… you are perfect down to the smallest detail! A very nice room, espresso machine, kettle, daily refills of coffee pods, and a bathroom with more than enough amenities! Comfortable bedding, a small duvet is available for an extra charge, but the hotel is very well heated. A charming lounge to enjoy coffee when you get up earlier than everyone else… and the breakfast, dear hoteliers, please do highlight it more on your website because we thoroughly enjoyed it every day; there truly is something for everyone, it's a very, very nice buffet. The location is perfect, very close to the vaporetti (water buses), excellent restaurants, less than 100 meters away to find a very good restaurant, and we tried a different one every night! There's also a bar nearby… I'm surely forgetting some things… Honestly, if we come back, it will be here and nowhere else! Grazie Mille ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is in a great location, close to the bus terminal and also just across the Accademia Bridge from where you can easily get to St. Mark's Square.

We were put in room 150 with a beautiful view of the courtyard. Breakfast was delicious and varied. At 1:30 PM, an irritated lady announced check-in in an hour, but we refused. Our irritation grew. The WiFi in the room didn't work. When we checked out, the same lady refused to even discuss it. We were irritating her. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. That evening, a boy brought in a whirring fan. It's a good thing it worked, otherwise we would have been poisoned by the nasty stuff in it. It hadn't been cleaned even once. The sign in the room said TWO bottles of water were provided. At first, they refused to give us a second bottle, then they pushed a small bottle, and on the third or fourth try, they gave us the bottle we needed. The service was terrible. Venetian seagulls to the rescue!!!

Overall, I liked everything: from the friendly staff to the comfortable room. I recommend it.

Centrally located and close to Piazza San Marco 10 minutes walk, 24H concierge, very welcoming and collaborative, we did not choose breakfast and therefore I cannot express an opinion, overall good+

A wonderful hotel in the center of Venice, close to the train and bus stations, San Marco, and Rialto. Housed in a historic building with a garden, it's very clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfasts are excellent. I highly recommend it.

super satisfied! ! ! The exterior of the hotel is antique, and the interior is even more classical and luxurious! There are ceiling murals in the room to experience the life of ancient nobles. All kinds of facilities are also very complete, including slippers, kettles, bathtubs, etc., which are not so complete in many four-star hotels. The surrounding environment is very quiet and the bedding is comfortable. I really recommend this hotel

I think it feels like a guest house because I was in a hurry to book a room that day. The single room is small and old. Don't have any expectations about the facilities.

The front desk staff was very kind.
