Ulasan Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice

Surprisingly convenient location, walking distance from Venezia Santa lucia, a ferry bus station in front of it , Hotel has modern renovation with daily breakfast We felt comfortable with high ceiling room & clean bathroom

房間很好，衞生很好，服務很好，早餐很好，地段很好，唯一不好的就是健身房太小了。房間暖氣不夠熱，其他都可以

和酒店説了是度蜜月，想要河邊的房間，還給我們準備了香檳🥂和甜品，酒店很不錯，唯一缺點枕頭下面有點臟沒有換床單

離開酒店是早上7點，酒店早餐8點開始，頭天晚上問前台工作人員我們趕不上早餐，先生説幫我們準備。第二天我們每個人收到一大袋早餐，酸奶果汁餅乾蛋糕水果，好多好多，壓根吃不完，不能帶進安檢的衹好扔掉，可惜了。

酒店位置雖然不在聖馬可廣場中心附近，但是勝在酒店營業時間不久各方面設施維護很好，歷史老建築改造的，公共區域空間大，房間乾淨整潔，衞浴物品齊全，早餐不錯。房間暖氣要再高一點就完美了。有點遺憾拍的照片沒找到。

Esperienza meravigliosa. Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione ma anche comoda al centro con una camminata di 20 min. Mentre è a 10 min da cannareggio. Tanti ristoranti e bancari ottimi a 5 min. Camere meravigliose e pulite! Colazione eccezionale! Personale squisito! Vale il prezzo! Ci torneremo!

酒店位置優越，在運河邊上，去聖馬可廣場步行30分鐘，坐出租船10分鐘到。房間不大，乾淨安靜，服務很好，下次還住。

非常好 很新 也漂亮 各種服務也好 早餐也好 威尼斯性價比最好了 而且有帶沙發床的三人房 我們兩大兩小非常寬裕

Outstanding property, beautiful interior design lobby and rooms. Location with water taxi station at door step big plus. But most impressive was the team. Front Office lady Diviya incredible class, efficient & recommendations of the city that we would never have know of. Equally the F&B staff Maril, her boss ( sorry don’t remember her name ) and Beatrice from reception too all made stay so memorable. Will be back for sure and so will all our friends. Amazing hotel. The service and attention was outstanding. Divya, Melia and Steven were particularly helpful and contributed to a truly excellent experience in Venice. We liked the location, not too close to the heavy tourist area, but still close enough to walk.

Every aspect of our stay, from breakfast to dinner was superb. The front desk was extremely helpful. The common area on the third floor was like a living room in a palace. Bravo!

Delighted with our stay at this hotel. Will stay here again. We were upgraded to a suite as premium members. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel arranged for Prosecco and a cake. The staff were always eager to help and very friendly. The hotel seamlessly combines traditional architecture with modern interiors. The location is excellent, right next to the water taxi stop. It’s a 5-7 minute walk from the train station and a 15-20 minute walk to St. Mark’s square. We enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood as it was relatively less crowded but still had plenty to do. Hotel breakfast was very good. There’s always room for improvement - a lot of the staff were trainees who’d not have certain information or couldn’t service a request correctly. However, they had the right attitude and were always well intentioned. Therefore, I would stick with the 5 stars. The bathroom was small relative to the room size, the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work very well, and the gym needs more equipment. Overall, a memorable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed a three night stay in this lovely hotel ,it's in a great location a few minutes walk from the train station and there is a water bus stop right outside the hotel. Our room was lovely, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Divya, on reception, was very helpful, providing lots of local information .
