1. Cleanliness - We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service. 2. Location - City center, easily accessible to all attractions - We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day 3. Service - They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special. - We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info. 4. Amenities - No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.

This place is really luxurious. All the electronics, like hair dryer, coffee maker are the high end luxurious brands

A perfect hotel in the heart of Verona. You can walk everywhere. The rooms are very spacious, very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Verona

I absolutely loved this hotel, if I am ever back in verona. The room was beautiful, the staff were engaging and lovely. The location is great, despite it having an odd entrance. The one detail I didn't like too much was the shower size.

臨時決定來Verona，也是很匆忙預訂的。但真的超級推薦的一家高性價比的公寓式酒店！ 從火車站坐公車大概8-10分鐘，距離所有景點都是步行可以到達，所以真的好方便。 一開始找入口比較久，因為它其實在樓上，有個小鐵門按門鈴前台會開門。 房間很新，配套也很齊全（唯一差了洗衣機和烘乾機），但其他都有且都是很優質的，特別洗手間的用品都好好，Dyson吹風機甚至配套3種頭真的好愛！牙刷套裝也可以前台要，需要什麼也可以直接再找她們問。 前台的小姐姐人都超級好，又熱情，非常貼心！ 好可惜衹住一晚，但卻是最近意大利行的寶藏酒店！

시설도 너무 깨끗하고 가족이 사용하기에 충분한 공간과 소파베드도 편해서 대만족입니다. 직원들도 굉장히 친절해서 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 테라스도 있습니다.

El lugar está en una ubicación perfecta. Habitaciones amplias, grandes, con cama cómoda y luminosas. El personal agradable pero mala experiencia con ruidos a las 8 de la mañana cuando limpiaban la habitación de arriba nuestro. Mucho ruido que no nos permitió descansar.
