Location awesome, walking distance to town. All in all, nothing to complain about. Everything went well. Room was clean, large and the private bathroom - though not ensuite, was great . Communication also clear and fuss free via whatsapp with the propriétaire.

Чистая квартира, удобная мебель. Заселение отвратительное. Списались с хозяином на 13.00. В день приезда он не брал телефон до 15.00 Ждали на улице. Нашли сами спросив выходящих жильцов. Женщина убирающая квартиру была не в курсе нашего заселения.

Отличное расположение, хороший номер, укомплектованная общая кухня, очень чисто! Есть проблемы со слышимостью, но я очень редко встречаю недорогие места со звукоизоояцией. Над чем точно нужно поработать, так это над процедурой заселения - она не должна занимать более 20 минут. Люди, как правило, приезжают уставшие от дороги, и иногда им даже хочется посетить туалет. Из-за плохой организации заселения побоялась оставлять 15 килограммовый рюкзак в номере на хранения - был риск не успеть забрать его перед поездом. Пришлось таскать на себе.

Ubicazione centro-stazione, perfetta! Stanza pulita e bagno privato (fuori dalla stanza) moderno e in ottime condizioni. Proprietari che dopo l’esaustiva accoglienza diventano inesistenti, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo usufruito della possibilità di lasciare lo zaino dentro la stanza per poi riprenderlo più tardi, così potevamo goderci la passeggiata senza il peso sulle spalle. Esperienza disastrosa poiché il numero che avevo scambiato con uno dei due proprietari non funzionava e suonando al campanello non rispondeva nessuno. Abbiamo provato di tutto fino a quando uno dei due proprietari ha risposto al telefono e ci ha aperto.

Location is perfect, 5 minutes from the Arena, on a valuable price. It's a shared flat, with separate rooms. Enough for business travel or if you just need a place to spend few nights. The coffee is for free and amazing! Nice personel.

The location is the key factor in this property. It's really central. The rooms are basically in an apartment building. You need the key to enter the building and then one to get into the main apt, and then one for your room (and your bathroom). The room itself is fine, however you do share the climate control with the rest of the apartment and the other rooms. Also, it's very easy to hear your neighbors. The big issue is the key pick up and the luggage storage. You gotta arrange a time to pick up the keys, and hope there is someone who is around to give it to you. Total problem if your phone doesn't work. Also there is no real luggage storage and getting back into the apt to pick up luggage is a problem. I kept texting the manager about luggage storage, and he just didn't bother responding.

Very confusing situation. They would not respond to any of my communications, not even to confirm that they saw them. They had given us a checkout time in a digital communication, but then disagreed with it in person, which is very strange. Refused to believe written evidence. We had a bathroom to share with I don't know many other interconnected rooms. Also locatated in a dirty noisy part of town. Will not recommend.

This property was in an excellent location to access central Verona It was clean , a little odd as no window in the room only the bathroom. Also check in was very unclear as was the general access Better instructions would possibly help

Very nice room with huge bathroom and a terrace. No view but still nice. Location is fantastic! Staff very friendly! Public kitchen area with coffee, water, Grappa, etc. The strange stuff: Entry door from street not well marked. There are no room numbers. Found out the hard way that all rooms have the same key so no security from other guests. (Pro tip, leave the key in door turned part way while in the room. This prevents anyone from being able to use key from other side.) No TV. Nothing but sheer curtains on large bathroom window. Even with these issues I would consider staying here again.1

Great location. As other guests described, there was no sign to find the place. But staff was waiting outside of the street during check-in time. This is a 3 bdr and 3 bth apartment on 2nd floor. You will hear garbage truck passing by every early morning. Only one room is able to fit 3 people, the rest 2 rooms are one bed. If you have family of 3, beware to ask in advance. They do have 3 separate private bathrooms. Each room gets one but it is not un-suite. One of the bathroom smells. This is not bed and breakfast, JUST bed. Don't pay extra to get breakfast ( because they don't provide it, even you paid to *******). False advertisement. Roberto was very accommodating, he provided cushions for us to use at oprea.

A very welcoming host with lots of information to share. A great spot, easy walk to all the cities' highlights.
