This hotel I would gladly give 5 stars but trip.com messed up my booking terribly. Instead of giving me a twin room, we were given an extra small room! We checked with the front desk again and they printed out a copy of the confirmation that ******* (instead of trip.com) booked that small room. We were frustrated and disappointed but what caused us furious was the customer service from trip.com asked us to find a new hotel and move at 11pm!! How unprofessional and irresponsible.. I had to spend hours to talk/call with them to resolve my issues. Initially they denied their mistake but after I shared the proof of booking from the hotel, they changed 180.

The house is low and the hygiene is average. It can only be considered a guesthouse, not a hotel.

Very, very satisfactory hotel, although it looks small, and the external three-star rating. But I think this hotel is much better than three stars. The characteristic is that the location is too good, right next to the amphitheater. Another is that the breakfast is very good. The small room is not a problem for me. The stay I had there was simply incredible, I was positively impressed and would come back a thousand times over, everything is very beautiful, organized and very well located, it is right in the city center which makes the stay more pleasant, everything you can do nearby, there is all the commerce and especially next to the arena, the most beautiful thing, the hotel itself is very well built and there was always someone there to help us, the room is the cutest thing and super tidy, the breakfast is very tasty and There are several options, I loved everything about the hotel, congratulations and the people who work there are extremely friendly!!! 💕
