I can’t speak highly enough of this property. The attention to detail and personalized service (Arthur really goes above and beyond!) is truly unparalleled. The room details from the incredible chandeliers to the best hair dryer I have come across in a life of traveling show the level of care of the owner and the team. I would love to come back for a girls trip with my girlfriends who are equally obsessed about interior design! My daughter is already asking to go back for a week next year. Location is perfect (albeit a tiny bit hard to find as you feel you are driving on pedestrian streets - it is ok!). We came for Carmen and the Arena de Verona and it was a short walk to the Arena as well as a variety of amazing restaurants (Arthur really recommended a great one). As per shopping; the palazzo literally sits above luxury shops and you are a short walk to Giuletta’s house as well. Simply perfect!

A unique, small but very luxurious guest-house hotel right in the heart of Verona. Each of the four suites is of exceptional quality - ours was the King Room which is on two floors. There is a washroom and shower room leading off the very spacious bedroom and an additional relaxation room (featuring a lovely, deep bathtub) on the upper level. The level of comfort is very high, the bedroom features a huge bed and a good-sized table and comfortable chairs for breakfasts which are selected from a menu the evening before, prepared for you by the chef and brought to your room precisely at a time of your choosing. The welcome and service throughout our stay from Arthur the concierge was quite outstanding. Always cheerful and friendly, he gave clear and helpful answers to all our questions and offered good advice about restaurants and places to visit.

Just loved this place. The room was fantastic, location perfect, the bed so comfortable, but the best bit of all was the welcome and assistance we received from Arthur. He gave us great restaurant tips and we got to three out of the four and loved them all. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Verona.

Absolutely beautiful guest house. Very nice staff. Clean. Nice breakfast. I just felt that for over 500 euros per night, they should provide complimentary water and not charge for coffee pods. They make clear it's a guest house and not a hotel, so you have to arrange a certain time to check in and check out. At a lower price point, it would absolutely be a 5.

Stayed for 2 nights. The building's decor was beautiful and authentic with a very relaxing atmosphere at night; a nice touch with candles and music playing. Room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, fixtures and fittings all a good standard, Arthur was amazingly helpful and very welcoming to us. The in-room served breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and nicely presented, unfortunately we had to check out early before breakfast on our 2nd morning and the guesthouse was unable to accommodate us at such short notice. Overall I highly recommend staying here and if we return to Verona we will definitely hope to book the Palazzo Monga again

We stayed 4 nights in this 4 room small hotel in the heart of the Verona old city . We booked the king room . It faced the back of the building towards a courtyard which was quiet. This room was spacious with a feature , a winding staircase to a bathtub and deck chair. There is a ground floor sauna and gym that can be reserved exclusively . Service was impeccable with Arthur the manager always on hand to assist with any queries, restaurant bookings etc . He even offered me a hot water bottle and use of the microwave to heat up a warm drink as I was a little under the weather . Highly recommend a stay here.

Their responsiveness on WhatsApp, from pre-arrival to check-in, showcased impeccable service. The Superior King Room was a luxurious haven, impeccably designed. Breakfast room service was punctual, delivering a delicious start to our day. The hotel's commitment to detail, evident from arrival to departure, elevated the entire experience. There are not enough adjectives to describe The Palazzo Monga! We were absolutely blown away by the elegance, oppulence and grandeur of this Palazzo. Everything you would expect in a large palace, but in a cozy atmosphere. The hand picked breakfast from a large selection was delicious and served exactly at the requested time directly to your room. Everything provided in the rooms was of top quality. The perfect location with all of the most known sites within walking distance. The Owner, Julia and her Staff are so welcoming and gracious, We do hope to one day return, just to repeat this wonderful experience.

Palazzo Monga is such a beautiful jewel in a great location in Verona. We were able to see all of the rooms and they were stunning. We were only able to stay one night this visit, but we will be back again! Jacob and Julia really took care of us. Morning breakfast room service is a must!
