Was ok. Not modern not too dated. The washrooms do have signs of mould growing. We had a small issue and had to pay a large percentage more because they enforce separate beds for children even though it doesn't state that online. We cancelled part 2 of our stay with them because the extra charges made the"discount hotel" not worth the money. Also the children's play area - a big part of wanting to stay here - was extremely overgrown and unkept. Doesn't seem very safe for the children. The area of this location is not very nice and there is a lot of neglect and garbage around. Overall not worth it.

I really like the place the apar**ent was fully equipped clean and everything was perfect The stuff was very friendly all the shifts 5 mnts walk from the nearest bus stop Far from the city center but it’s ok For me the area is a little bit quite at night We have LIDL 2 mnts walk from the hotel I recommend this hotel to anyone

The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apar**ent building is definitely older. Our apar**ent was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again.

Really economical, clean and quiet place to stay, just 10 minutes away from the centre of Verona by bus. There is 24 hour reception staff who are friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are simple, clean, great shower, comfy beds and decent Aircon.

Check in was easy, staff is friendly. Overall is good place to stay over. In apar**ent had everything it was needed.good location too.

After being recommended to stay at this “hotel” for a course we were doing, it was a nigh**are from day one. We were in a 4 bed apar**ent and hot water wouldn’t work for more than 15 minutes so that meant some of us were having cold showers everyday. Especially when they’d fix it at night but it was freezing again by the morning and we didn’t have time to get them to sort it as this took around an hour of our time. Despite telling them EVERYDAY that our hot water wasn’t working and the boiling was broke, it took them 6 days into our 10 night stay to do something. Everytime we would plead them to fix it or move us apar**ents, they lied and told us that the hotel was fully booked and would just tell us to turn the boiler on and off. The hob in our apar**ent barely worked, everything was dirty and smelt like a nursing home, no washing machine, mouldy dirty showers and limescale on the shower head so thick that it wouldn’t even work properly. The microwave sparked at the plug and needed to be changed, the bedsheets smelt dirty and the shutters kept jamming. On day 6 they moved us to a smaller apar**ent, despite paying for more and didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. When we arrived, the showers still weren’t in the best condition and the kitchen was barely supplied with any utensils to cook and then the balcony door jammed shut. When we called reception, he said they couldn’t do anything for a couple of hours despite us having washing our there and wanting to use the balcony to enjoy the sun. He then barged in 10 minutes later, not saying anything and pulling at the doors then proceeded to climb through the window to get to the balcony. We’ve constantly had to change our plans to wait whilst the staff at the hotel messed with the broken things and not know how to fix it. There was no proper engineering staff and we didn’t see any cleaners working whilst we were here. The one time our apar**ent was cleaned, they didn’t leave any toilet roll and left one of the rooms completely uncleaned. The staff haven’t apologised once for any of these issues, if anything they make you feel like an annoyance when they should just get their hotel sorted. It’s dirty, it’s old and it’s been a nigh**are. It also looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s overpriced and promising an experience that doesn’t exist. Save your money, the hostel would probably be nicer.
