Hotel carino lungo la statale che porta al centro di Verona, in soli 5 minuti di auto. Dotato di parcheggio interno gratuito, la nostra camera era abbastanza spaziosa, pulita, tv con sky, letto comodo ma dovrebbero cambiare i cuscini, alti e duri, scomodi per dormire. Colazione buona, con prodotti molto buoni e servita seguendo le norme anti Covid. Avrei gradito che la camomilla chiesta la sera (in mezza teiera) fosse stata offerta come spesso ci è accaduto in altri hotel, ma ci è stata messa in conto, 2€. Detto ciò, dicessi tornare a Verona tornerei qui. Probabilmente prezzo della camera un po' altino ma molto più basso della media degli hotel di Verona

The room was great! Easy to find due to very good help from our host Andrea. He was very accommodating and had good knowledge. The room is close to everything, so there was no problem navigating our way to everything we wanted to see and experience. The room was nice, tidy and clean. Good bathroom and good shower. We also got to meet Santina who couldn't speak English, but which was nevertheless easy to understand, very cozy and incredibly friendly. The experience as a whole was great, and we would have liked to have stayed here longer than one night. Highly recommend everyone to stay here.

A fantastic place to stay. Beautifully decorated and scrupulously clean. The location is perfect and just a few minutes walk into town. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. Thank you Lenotti for making our stay in Verona so enjoyable.

After being recommended to stay at this “hotel” for a course we were doing, it was a nightmare from day one. We were in a 4 bed apartment and hot water wouldn’t work for more than 15 minutes so that meant some of us were having cold showers everyday. Especially when they’d fix it at night but it was freezing again by the morning and we didn’t have time to get them to sort it as this took around an hour of our time. Despite telling them EVERYDAY that our hot water wasn’t working and the boiling was broke, it took them 6 days into our 10 night stay to do something. Everytime we would plead them to fix it or move us apartments, they lied and told us that the hotel was fully booked and would just tell us to turn the boiler on and off. The hob in our apartment barely worked, everything was dirty and smelt like a nursing home, no washing machine, mouldy dirty showers and limescale on the shower head so thick that it wouldn’t even work properly. The microwave sparked at the plug and needed to be changed, the bedsheets smelt dirty and the shutters kept jamming. On day 6 they moved us to a smaller apartment, despite paying for more and didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. When we arrived, the showers still weren’t in the best condition and the kitchen was barely supplied with any utensils to cook and then the balcony door jammed shut. When we called reception, he said they couldn’t do anything for a couple of hours despite us having washing our there and wanting to use the balcony to enjoy the sun. He then barged in 10 minutes later, not saying anything and pulling at the doors then proceeded to climb through the window to get to the balcony. We’ve constantly had to change our plans to wait whilst the staff at the hotel messed with the broken things and not know how to fix it. There was no proper engineering staff and we didn’t see any cleaners working whilst we were here. The one time our apartment was cleaned, they didn’t leave any toilet roll and left one of the rooms completely uncleaned. The staff haven’t apologised once for any of these issues, if anything they make you feel like an annoyance when they should just get their hotel sorted. It’s dirty, it’s old and it’s been a nightmare. It also looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s overpriced and promising an experience that doesn’t exist. Save your money, the hostel would probably be nicer.

Agriturismo situato in una zona periferica molto tranquilla e a soli dieci minuti in auto dal centro di Verona . La struttura è ben tenuta e le camere pulite, ampie e accoglienti. La colazione al mattino è il top! C'è ampia scelta e qualità. La cortesia e la gentilezza della proprietaria Gemma è da cinque stelle! Consigliato per chi vuole visitare Verona o anche per quelli che sono di passaggio per una notte.

Foi simplesmente incrivel a estadia que eu recebi ai, fiquei impressionado positivamente e voltaria mil vezes denovo, tudo muito bonito, organizado e muito bem localizado, fica bem no centro da cidade o que faz ser mais agradável a estadia, tudo voce faz la perto, tem todo o comércio e principalmente ao lado da arena coisa mais lindo, o hotel em si muito bem construído e sempre tinha alguem ali para atender a gente, o quarto é a coisa mais fofa e super arrumado, o cafe da manhã é muito gostoso e tem várias opcao, eu amei tudo do hotel estao de parabens e as pessoas que trabalha la extremamente simpáticos!!! 💕
