Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. I highly recommend Sheraton because of Usaia and his service. Thank you, Usaia. We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. From the time you arrive at reception Lowaia Tui and Rava were so friendly and helpful to Sianmilli at Rosie’s tour desk to Vika at the pool bar Mini at the restaurant and so many more of our new Fijian family. Thank you for making our stay . Do yourself a favour and book it

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Suva was outstanding. The waterfront location is ideal, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff’s professionalism truly elevates the experience—special recognition to Malakai at the bar, whose expertise and welcoming demeanor made each evening enjoyable. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. For a refined stay in Suva with top-notch service, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Suva. Thank you for a memorable experience!

I stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though. Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available. There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops. The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling! My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crusoe’s for a week. The resort has a beautiful view, looking directly out over the reef - including from our room! The resort is fairly secluded, but we enjoyed exploring the beaches surrounding the resort for a number of days. We enjoyed the complimentary activities, including kayaking and snorkeling on the reef at high tide, as well as other organised activities with the resort, including a tour of the neighbouring village. It was also very special watching the sun set over the water at happy hour at the bar down at the water’s edge, Taki’s! The staff were a real gem and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, as well as culturally enriched. A staff member kindly organised for a private dinner for us at the beach on our last night there, which was very special! The only thing worth noting is the wifi is fairly limited in its coverage of the resort - but we found we rarely needed it with that view! Thank you Crusoe’s for our stay!

We only stayed two nights but really liked the hotel. This was a 'try out' stay for us! This is definitely not a 2 star rated resort. Alot of work has been completed here. The rooms are very contemporary and well appointed. The pool is sparkling clean! Well done ro Ronnie the pool attendant who takes great pride in keeping the water crystal clear. A new deck is to be built around the pool in 2024. Tui was excellent with his cooking demonstration and Masu was very funny behind the bar. These guys added to the quality of our short stay! The dining area, unlike the bures is very bland and really needs some Fijian character. The food is, at best, very good. Slightly more pricey than other resorts we have stayed in at Fiji over 5 weeks in 2023. The cocktails are also more pricey. Unless you have a car, the resort appears isolated from other eateries. Overall though, we enjoyed our two nights and would consider a return.

The Tanoa Suva has gone through an upgrade and the rooms reflect that. I enjoyed the room experience but not so much the dining experience. The buffet breakfast tied to the rooms are at best average with soggy bacon and lazy cooked eggs. The breakfast was a combination of continental with a few side things thrown into the combo. Good thing is the hotel is in Suva, so you have access to better coffee and breakfast options too. Hotel was not flexible at all with their late check-out. The outside of the room though at Level 4 was a bit filthy. Keep working on your service Tanoa, one too many hits and miss.

We enjoyed two nights here before heading to the Coral Coast. While there isn't the ocean views that the resorts have, it's lovely to sit on the verandah and enjoy the tropical greenery and look over the pool. The pool was never crowded and bar/cafe service was good. The port is just across the road and we did a half-day South Sea Island cruise very conveniently. The shops were also close by and we got what we needed for not much more than the supermarkets in Nadi (and a better selection). The apartment was clean and spacious (although the third bedroom was quite small) and it was good to have two bathrooms. The main reason for only four stars is the design of the units. Being upstairs, and split over two levels, the 2 & 3 bedroom units are not ideal for the elderly or families with small children who can't carry their own bags. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful with cot/high chair etc and restocked our coffee as needed.

I travel a lot. And return to Fiji twice a year. I've stayed at 5 Princess many times in the past and will continue to do so. Bubu, Wati, and Mosese are simply the best and the owners ~ Tarei and Rod of course. I stayed here two weeks end of July 2024. I love the lush tropical garden, the rambling colonial house with hardwood floors. I could pick my own lemon grass for tea in the morning.
