Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. We had a great stay at the Quest Hotel Suva, which is conveniently located in the CBD Suva, close to the government and UN buildings. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered free use of laundry and dryer machines and free detergent. The hotel is also connected to the mall's food court on the second floor, which has a variety of options for dining. The hotel has 24/7 security at the entrance, so we always felt safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Suva.

From the time you arrive at reception Lowaia Tui and Rava were so friendly and helpful to Sianmilli at Rosie’s tour desk to Vika at the pool bar Mini at the restaurant and so many more of our new Fijian family. Thank you for making our stay . Do yourself a favour and book it

We traveled to VoliVoli with a large group from our local (US) dive shop. The resort itself is beautiful and quiet. Amazing food and the staff and chef go FAR out of their way to accommodate any dietary needs; they even made me a dairy - free mango torte (it was delicious). Pretty much every day after diving we plunked ourselves down at the beach bar and enjoyed the food, the drinks, the beach view, and the company of other divers. We didn't see a TV the entire time we were there, so it truly was a welcome break from reality. Every member of the staff did whatever they could to make it a memorable trip and they surpassed all expectations. I had planned to list some staff members but honestly, every single staff member went out of their way for us. We went out into Rakiraki one afternoon, which I absolutely recommend. It is less expensive to get a taxi but if you can go with tour guide Soni you will learn a great deal about the country and culture. The diving is AMAZING. The Ra Divers staff was professional and knowledgeable . This was my only experience with ”valet diving”, it truly was full service. I was diving with a new camera set up and our divemaster, Tex, worked REALLY hard to help me find good shots, even holding me stable for a couple of tough ones. Every dive was preceded by a thorough brief. We had a ”surprise” dolphin encounter, which was an unexpected high point. My husband and I had an amazing time. This was the ”trip of a lifetime” that we saved up for and it was worth every penny and every hour of travel. I'm glad we spent it at Volivoli.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Suva was outstanding. The waterfront location is ideal, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff’s professionalism truly elevates the experience—special recognition to Malakai at the bar, whose expertise and welcoming demeanor made each evening enjoyable. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. For a refined stay in Suva with top-notch service, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Suva. Thank you for a memorable experience!

I stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though. Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available. There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops. The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling! My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crusoe’s for a week. The resort has a beautiful view, looking directly out over the reef - including from our room! The resort is fairly secluded, but we enjoyed exploring the beaches surrounding the resort for a number of days. We enjoyed the complimentary activities, including kayaking and snorkeling on the reef at high tide, as well as other organised activities with the resort, including a tour of the neighbouring village. It was also very special watching the sun set over the water at happy hour at the bar down at the water’s edge, Taki’s! The staff were a real gem and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable, as well as culturally enriched. A staff member kindly organised for a private dinner for us at the beach on our last night there, which was very special! The only thing worth noting is the wifi is fairly limited in its coverage of the resort - but we found we rarely needed it with that view! Thank you Crusoe’s for our stay!

After reading few comments i was a bit hesitant but to be honest a night lif place to be... Bar open 24x7 with very beautiful and best customer service by Front staff Barsha. Stayed in Standard room but very neat and clean 4nights of stay was wonderful despite the fact few hrs water issue but i gues thats normal in cental city...heheh customer service is very good - just a suggestion to open restaurant till 8 or 9 as we had to buy food from outside apart from that neat room friendly house attendant julie who did our rooms.. so much improved from my last 2019 visit.

Stayed here for a week with a group of friends for a diving holiday, and probably because it’s off season and the resort was not full we obtained a free and very welcome upgrade to the oceanfront villa’s (many thanks ). They are extremely comfortable and can easily accommodate 3/4 people with large bathroom with a tub/ shower and also an outdoor shower, mini kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and a small refrigerator. Had plenty of hot water and housekeeping was regular and precise. The restaurant serves food only during certain hours, I’m vegan but never went hungry because there was always something adequate on the menu, the included breakfast was abundant and a great start to our day of diving. I particularly loved the mongooses that ran around the garden, they were great fun to watch and also the array of birds and lush vegetation, Uprising Resort will definitely come to mind whenever I think of paradise.
