This place is located in a mall, surrounded by a warehouse district and was a bit difficult to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the desk staff were pleasant and helpful. There is an onsite cafe that had a nice buffet and fairly priced wines that were excellent.

Beautiful historic hotel with lovely high ceilings. The service was fantastic. We ate/drank in the hotel bar a number of times and the staff were engaging and incredibly efficient. The lady in reception was especially helpful. The rooms are totally appropriate with a nice bathroom.

Very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Breakfast somewhat more comprehensive than most-juice, toast, two eggs however you like them, a piece of tofu, coffee, fresh fruit, bread, Yogurt. Room is small but certainly adequate. Lots of good hot water and a lovely bath tub to soak in after a day of walking

A lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town. We received a very professional and pleasant welcome and were given a large room on the 6th floor overlooking the Gran Via. Very clean, modern furnishings, with a fridge and free bottles of water. The marble-clad bathroom was large and had a bidet and bath. We had a very comfortable night. We would have been happy to give the hotel an excellent rating if it had been a little quieter. Although we were high up, we could hear road noise, the cleaner bumping around upstairs, and a fair bit of noise from the corridor. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected separate shower gel and shampoo, rather than an all-in-one lotion in a bottle, and a safe. It’s ideally placed if you’re travelling without a car, being about a 10 minute walk from the (huge and empty) train station and bus station.

A pesar de que las instalaciones cumplían con las expectativas de cara a electrodomésticos y confort, fue una falta importante para nuestro pleno al 15 el no disponer de conexión a internet en las televisiones ni la posibilidad de ajustar este servicio con nuestros dispositivos. Sería muy favorable la mejora de este punto para ofrecer mejor conectividad en caso de desearlo el cliente. Otro detalle sin importancia fue no encontrar la máquina Nespresso tal como había leído en un comentarios de otro usuario. Si lo aclaran evitará a futuros clientes lo que me pasó a mi, comprar cápsulas que no pude usar. Un aspecto a reseñar de la estancia que nos pareció mejorable es la disponibilidad de una cama grande y no dos juntas para haber cubierto nuestra petición expresa. Por lo demás todo perfecto y muy contentos con la insonorización y manera de controlar la energía con el sistema de detección de apertura de puertas y/o ventanas.

EL HOTEL ESTA A ESCASOS METROS DEL CASCO ANTIGUO DE LA CIUDAD DE LOGROÑO, LA PRINCIPAL ZONA DE OCIO DE DICHA CIUDAD. ADEMÁS MUY CERCA DEL HOTEL MURRIETA HAY UNA GRAN PLAZA CON PLAZAS DE APARCAMIENTO GRATUUTAS. POR TODO ELLO EL HOTEL MURRIETA ES UNA EXCELENTE ELECCIÓN PARA PERNOCTAR EN LA CIUDAD DE LOGROÑO.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff were absolutely fantastic and could not do enough for you. The rooms are a very good size. And all facilities work well. Internet is good, food was good and location is excellent. They were a very accompanying hotel. We would stay here again

De primeras el hotel sencillito pero cumple con lo esperado. La situación genial, a 5 minutos de la Laurel, el personal atento y amable. Habitación limpia y amplia, la cama muy cómoda, punto a favor también fue que la habitación daba a patio interior y así no tendríamos ruido... o eso creíamos. Las paredes bastante finas, los de la habitación contigüa no callaron hasta la 1:30 de la madrugada (matizar que no gritaban) , se oye toda cisterna y ducha como si estuviera en tu misma habitación (por no decir que hay gente poco cívica que se ducha a la 1 de la madrugada y a las 3:30 llegó una cuadrilla borracha gritando por el pasillo. . . ) así que lo que es descansar y dormir del tirón, complicado. El desayuno para mi gusto un pelín escaso en cuanto oferta de fruta... En la habitación hay champú-gel y body milk, en recepción puedes pedir kit cepillado dental y kit depilación/afeitado.
