The hotel is certainly comfortable, but has a mostly-white clinical look that at times gives it the ”charm” of a luxury private hospital. The location is great, giving out in one direction onto lakeside gardens and into the heart of Vichy on the other. The hotel also has a nice garden to take a drink. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with views onto greenery. We were there passing through on a cross-country trip so we didn't use the spa, which requires an extra payment. There is a free pool on the top floor that we did use. It's in an odd shape that goes in and out from the outdoors so you can't really swim laps, but it's good place just to relax. The breakfast was not included in our rate and it's super expensive. It looked good, but we preferred to buy pastries and fruit in town and eat in the room using the coffee machine. I had no particular demands of the staff so can't judge the service, but everyone seemed perfectly friendly. There's a garage across the street with a reasonable daily rate.

Loads of Activities as Aquagym Sauna Hamman Jacuzzi next doors and located close to The Callou Thermes. I wonderful Service everyone very friendly from the cleaners to maintenance staffs and director. A marvelous stay and recommended as close to the Hall of Sources, and of Courses requires some little Renovations of carpets but holds a Schindler lift and wonderful personnel. A Figaro news paper available and Bar such as lobby and direct access to the Thermes of the Dômes. Very happy once more after my stay and Cure. problème d;insonorisation entre les chambres ,les cloisons sont certainement minces .Même sans le vouloir les voisins revenant un peu tard font du bruit Le petit déjeuner à 9,90 euros est très convenable ,copieux et varié. C'est un hôtel pratique pour une nuit voire deux.

Just one night last week. The hotel was good and bad - excellent public areas and indispensable private parking. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Maybe we were just unlucky, but being honest our room was on the shabby side of tired and in real need of a refresh. We were also bemused by the door to the toilet / shower which wasn't a door at all but one of those swinging, half doors you see in the bars in cowboy films. You need to very familiar with each other and hardly romantic. But what saves the hotel is the restaurant. We enjoyed perhaps the best €25 three course menu in the whole of France, cooked and served by top, top professionals. I suppose we'd be happy to go back - just that we'd ask for a different room next time.

Good small hotel with very good rooms and perfectly in desirable location, staff are friendly but do not expect to get a room before 4 Pm which if their official check in time. Easy walk to City attractions and the river which has some restaurants with view. Free parking around the hotel on streets and plaza in front but may be limited spaces on busy times. Paid parking approx 5 minutes walk. Prices are very reasonable for the accommodations

Un seul petit bémol est : mur fin. L'équipe est gentille, la chambre est propre mais puisque le mur est très fin, on entend tout ce que le voisin fait... Et peut-être qu'il était avec une femme **********...
