This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever lived in. Friendly staff, but the facility is cheaply built and beyond ordinary cleaning. The entire facility is dirty and unsanitary. In my room the commode top was broken the doors are covered in black dirty hand and finger prints. The floor baseboard are covered with dirt and the paint is dirty and peeling every where... used latex instead of enamel paint. There was a huge black water mark from a leak over the second bed. I was in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was the worst workmanship and cheapest materials used in a public, commercial facility. The place, inside and out needs to be blown up and rebuilt from the ground up.

Most Holiday Inns are about the same. What sets this one apart is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The little restaurant and bar is good, but it is now closed for the covid. Plenty of parking, Home Depot and eats close by. Good a place as any and affordable. I stay here often

Clean, the service at the breakfast was excellent. It usually a buffet but with guidelines ladies were serving you, they made sure you had everything to not leave hungry.

I am homeless and being stalked by my ex bf I've had to stay at every hotel in Vicksburg that I could afford and was basically run out of every one except this motel. They are professional clean and showed me nothing but kindness. I'm so thankful for the owners. Without their support I may not have survived. God bless the owners and I can only hope to one day repay them for this simple act of true humanity. I recommend this hotel above any in Vicksburg MS. It's friendly safe affordable and the nicest I've stayed in yet. I can't be more grateful!
