It was not as expected In my opinion not better than a 4 stars hotel SPA is nothing Lights are broken / not working in the whole hotel Dirty also in the rooms also in the SPA which is for a 5 stars limited Pool outside only working in the summer insight very cold So go and book not this one

The location is about 5 miles from city center but they have a shuttle that takes people back and forth several times a day. Right on the lake . Air conditioning never cooled the room. Too hot to sleep well . Bed was not comfortable . Like a board so If you like very firm will be happy. Staff were very kind and accommodating . Breakfast was quite good and plentiful. Lovely spa .

The hotel is perfect! Everything is at very high level. The room was big, clean and bright. It is with good location and perfect view. The restaurant of the hotel (the breakfast one) is lovely. The breakfast is one idea simple. Highly recommended

Very good staff and facilities. A relaxing experience by Lake Lugano. They really pay attention to details (in our case, a surprise bday cake). They even have a transfer service to Lugano center. A 15 minutes drive to the outlet stores in Mendrisio.

The hotel is located on the stunning Lake Lugano and has the amazing views of the lake . The staff are amazingly customer focused warm and friendly . Food is great especially the Penne Arabiata is very delicious. Definitely worth a stay and experience the warmth.

I found this hotel by chance and I'm so glad I did. What a Blessing!!! From the moment of my first email to inquire about lunch and dinner suggestions and reservations , ferry schedules and amenities provided, Natalia and Sophia made me feel like family. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a very memorable and FANTASTIC one!! Our room couldn't be more perfrct(416) clean, spacious, all the amenities one would need and a full, AMAZING view of the beautiful Lake Lugano. My husband and I took advantage of using the spa to get masssges and relax-we were not disappointed-just what we needed. The hotel is clean, quaint, peaceful and in a convenient location. They provide a free shuttle service to and from where you need to get if you don't have a car. If you have a car parking is right out front-So easy. The pool area and lake front lounging is a great asset as well. We had drinks and sat by the pool bar a couple of times and found it to be very relaxing as well. All the staff were polite, friendly, attentive and helpful wherever we were in the hotel. Our first night there we celebrated my special birthday dinner at Ristorante Lago and I was treated and felt like a queen. It was just wonderful. The manager sat us at a very special table overlooking the lake and our waiter Guisseppe was fabulous!! My husband and I are not much of BIG breakfast people-lite bites and on the go for us so the free buffet breakfast we felt was sufficient enough-especially since in Italy you'll be eating lots of delicious foods-rather save my palate for later. The ferries were soooo much more convenient, easy, manned properly, and less crowded than on Lake Como!!! I can't express enough just how phenomenal our stay was.

If you like exceptional service, with an amazing view, and first class meals, here is where you belong!!! Absolutely first class resort and experience. This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever been. This is phenomenal! The room was fantastic, and the facilities are next level. It’s a first class experience. Also, the view is seriously the most amazing view. You have to check this place out!!
