Second time staying at A'Zambezi River Lodge. Just like the first time, it was a wonderful experience. Great value for money. Great view of the Zambezi. And great food, too - best food we'd during our stay in Vic Falls. Highly recommend.

Excellent lodge right by the Zambezi river. Get the room with a view and the main garden and river will be right there- we saw bushbucks and warthogs on the garden in the early morning- adorable! Our room was standard size, and they did an evening turn down service with mosquito spray and they closed the mosquito curtains which made us feel very safe. No mosquito bites were detected! Lovely stay- we recommend!

Great service from friendly staff and peaceful setting. Food was delicious and sufficient range. Activities were easy to arrange and the free shuttle was useful.

The hotel needs major renovation work. The room was stuffy and bathroom very old. However,the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. She arranged for a taxi for us (driver named Clifford) who took us around at a reasonable price.

Whether it was arranging for transportation to the falls or suggesting local activities and attractions, they were always available and eager to help. The food at the Azambezi Hotel was truly exceptional. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious local and international cuisine, and the presentation was always impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Finally, the hotel's location was simply unbeatable. With its proximity to the Victoria Falls, I was able to explore the area easily and take in all the breathtaking natural beauty of this world wonder. The hotel also offers a range of activities, from river cruises to guided tours of the falls, ensuring that there was always something to do and see. In summary, the Azambezi Hotel is an outstanding destination that I would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Zimbabwe's Victoria Falls. With its beautiful setting, exceptional service, and top-notch amenities, it truly exceeded my every expectation. Also if you are lucky you will see some animals roaming around the garden as I spotted this elephant at night in the car park!

My Experience at A’Zambezi was really amazing. I felt at home and the place is very beautiful. The staff members are very helpful, polite and friendly. I can write an almost essay about their good services. I highly recommend this hotel.

El hotel se encuentra situado a orillas del río Zambezi. Es de los más alejados del centro de Victoria Falls, así que por la tarde si quieres salir a caminar la única opción es un taxi o tu propio coche. Del hotel al centro o a la entrada del parque de Victoria Falls son 10 minutos y el taxi cobra unos 15 dólares. Las habitaciones dan todas a las áreas de jardines, son muy tranquilas y no hay ruido. Las camas son cortas. Una persona que mida más de 1.85 cm le cuelgan los pies de la cama. Todas las camas son iguales, así que yo que mido 1.88 no fue demasiado confortable. El baño es grande, la presión del agua es muy buena. Tienes la opción de pedir un mini fridge sin cargo extra en la habitación. El desayuno si no lo tienes incluido cuesta 30 dólares el buffet, lo cual es un precio bastante exagerado por un desayuno. El hotel ofrece servicio de comida y de cena. He pasado el menú para que podáis daros una idea de lo que ofrece. El hotel cuenta con un servicio de bus (shutlle) al centro de la ciudad y a la entrada del parque Victoria Falls 4 veces al día, siendo el primero a las 9:15 am y el último a las 4 pm. Para retornar al hotel el último servicio es un poco antes de las 5 pm Pensé usar la piscina, pero la cierran a las 6 pm porque a esa hora hay animales que se acercan a ella. De todas formas la piscina siempre estuvo sucia durante mi estancia. Había toda clase de bichos y “cosas” flotando que no hacía muy agradable nadar en ella. Quizás por el hecho de que algunos animales la usan también. Una lástima. Si volviera Victoria Falls me quedaría mejor en un hotel más cerca del centro, para poder llegar caminando y poder pasear, ya que por la zona del hotel no hay nada. La hora para dejar la habitación es a las 10 am, es muy temprano, generalmente en casi todos los hoteles del mundo es a las 12 del medio día. En mi caso me dejaron usar una habitación de cortesía hasta las 11:30 am. Del hotel al aeropuerto el taxi cobra 30 dólares, pero conseguí un taxi que me cobró 20 que conocí en la ciudad y lo arreglé para que hiciera el servicio de traslado. Del aeropuerto al hotel cobran por persona: Una persona 30 dólares, dos personas 15 dólares. El servicio lo puedes pedir al hotel. El personal del hotel es muy amable, todos son amables. Desde la señora que limpia la habitación hasta el personal de la recepción.

出張で利用しました。 ザンベジ川のほとりにあるホテルで、ビクトリアフォールズの滝や市街地からは少し離れており、タクシー移動必須です。 ホテルの設備はやや古めで、海外のホテルとして可もなく不可もなくという感じでしたが、従業員の皆さんのホスピタリティが非常に高く、心の快適度はとても高いホテルでした。 また、ホテルの敷地内に鳥や猿、イノシシが現れます。夜間にはカバも。日によってはクロコダイルもいるそうです。ホテルの近くには野生の象もいるようです。ホテルの外に暗い時間に行くと危ないよと従業員皆に釘を刺されましたが、カバ見たいとお願いしておくと夜部屋に電話をかけて呼び出してくれてとても楽しめました。

設施：很齊全，洗澡方便，有蚊帳，不用擔心蚊蟲叮咬。 衞生：房間很乾凈，每天都有打擾衞生！ 環境：舒適，推開門就能感受到大自然的氣息，經常能看到各種動物和鳥兒！ 服務：態度很好，很舒適！

很一般，餐廳東西很貴

We so enjoyed our stay at the A'Zambezi River Lodge. The location was amazing and we watched the hippos stroll the grass each evening and during the day it was the warthogs and monkeys. We loved sitting down by the Zambezi River at @ 5:00 and watching the dinner cruises go by. Our Bartender Remigio knew when we were coming to get our preferred beer and wine ready and bring them to us in the chairs we placed down by the river. Prissy was a competent, friendly, and knowledgeable waitress in both the restaurant as well as the bar. When we arrived we were disappointed that our room had a garden view almost as far away from the restaurant, bar, and office. This was a disappointment but perhaps that is the category that our "package" covered even though what we paid for the rooms was much higher than online travel sites such as ******* etc. Also, we did not have a refrigerator and the screen was stuck and not movable and the deck slider did not work. Upon our calling, we quickly had someone come and fix those things. Our room was clean and well-supplied but I did find it questionable how we were each only given one water bottle a day. The water there was advised to not drink out of the tap so the bottled water was essential for travelers. The Receptionist/Cashier Nokukhanja was extremely competent and able to help in any way needed. She was very impressive. The breakfasts and dinners were good. Our breakfast was included with the charge for the room and well worth it. Heritage Expeditions Tours Desk just off the main office is run by Adrian. He seems to be able to arrange almost anything you might want in a tour--and do it quickly and at a very reasonable price. We brought up a complex trip to Livingstone that required a guide to get us to the bridge and another to take care of us on the other side of the bridge in Zambia plus taking care of the details of getting us back and forth as well as through the immigration process. It was almost as if the guides were "tag teaming" to get us through the complexities. I wish we had used Adrian and Heritage Expeditions for all our Tours in the area. They are remarkable. It was a good stay--especially made so by the wonderful people working there.
