A charming small boutique hotel that truly exceeds expectations. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay, with only a minor issue related to room cleaning. The room was beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches such as special teas and warm water bottles in the bed. Breakfast was included and presented in a unique and enjoyable way, making it feel special compared to standard hotel breakfasts. We also enjoyed a very good dinner at the hotel. Exceptional value for money. The location is ideal—on a quiet, narrow side street with little traffic, away from tourist crowds yet close enough to walk to most attractions. Highly recommended.

Our train back from Machu Picchu was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel until 10 PM. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a cozy warmth. The turndown service was already complete, and there was even a hot water bottle. It was hands down the best night's sleep we've had so far on this trip. The hotel itself is incredibly stylishly decorated. Breakfast is a buffet, but you can also order à la carte. The coffee is excellent too. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite hotel in South America for more than half a month. The service is very attentive, the room details are meticulous, and every employee is well trained. The hotel atmosphere is very similar to Songtsam in China, but the service is even better. And this hotel is very delicious both for breakfast and dinner. I will only book from this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, six or seven minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is beautiful and very clean The room is also neat and clean, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to dissipate, especially in a closed room without windows. It is almost impossible to dissipate. The service is hard to say. I booked a superior room with a window and a balcony. When I checked in, I was told that the room was not available. I was given an upgraded room. It turned out that the "upgraded" room was a fully enclosed room with no windows! I don’t agree, but the hotel said they had no room. The result of the “discussion” was to give me a free dinner. I had no choice but to accept it…

The hotel was perfect except for the location. A bit far from Plaza de Armas in Cusco. However, the facilities were clean and the staff service was top notch. Breakfast was very good. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
