Ulasan Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites

The check in service was excellent. We were given a room 1.5 hr before the official check in time of 4pm. The front desk and concierge services were helpful, prompt and efficient. The only disappointment during our stay was the lack of information on room cleaning which we later discovered would not be offered unless requested.

The location is a bit far because we need to walk on a slope every time when we have to reach the hotel. Overall, the service is good, the room is very clean and bright, and the pool is okay.

Excellent stay ! I enjoyed everything! From the front desk friendly service, parking , STUNNING GORGEOUS BREAKFAST VIEWS , Pool/ hot tub! Room very clean , and quiet . Will be back !

I always love my stays at chateau Victoria. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and they will always go above and beyond for you. I have had no problems getting late check outs. The service is always on point.

Very nice place to stay. Neat and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

先月に続き2度目の宿泊です。やはりロケーションよく便利。アメニティは最低限ですが問題なし。 18階からのレストランの眺望もよくお食事もボリューミーで美味しかったです。 コンパクトだからこその使い勝手の良さを感じます。

一家人出遊定了兩個套房 地方挺大 酒店有翻新過可是還是看的出有些老舊的地方 沒有中央空調，衹有房間裏有一個移動式空調，客廳的床晚上睡覺還是有些熱 員工服務很好每天早上經過前台都很熱情跟我們打招呼聊天

房間很乾凈 但是某些設備有點老舊（比如燒水壺）當時住一樓外面就是停車場 稍微有點不舒服 其他都不錯 前台服務特別特別好

I thought we would have a view. We were. on the 5th floor with a view of a building and a parking lot. Not really an effort to accommodate us. The food at the Vista 18 the first night was sub standard for price part of my husbands meal was inedible. it was obvious but server did not ask how his meal was. Same as his breakfast. the TV program was not user friendly. I will not pay $25 to rent a 20 year old movie. The screening from a personal device was impossible to figure out. and the regular programing was a pain in the ass to use as well. I know this Hotel was one of the affordable Hotels downtown Victoria. This is just room rental and nothing else. The best part of our stay was the Shuttle drivers. Jessie, Dave and Glen. Our stay cost us $950 for 3 days. Not worth it. We will not return

A great choice for staying in Downtown Victoria. The property is nicely updated and the location is among the best for proximity to great restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The front desk was well-staffed and even though it was Spring Break and the hotel was busy, there was no wait to check-in. The front desk staff were absolutely five stars and the best of any hotel I have stayed at in Victoria. I definitely recommend the Chateau Victoria for downtown stays in Victoria.

The staff are extraordinary, we were impressed with how friendly and helpful they were. From the front desk person to the cleaners everyone was courteous. Thanks for a great stay

We stayed in a small one bedroom apartment suite. A great location with proximity to all the main tourist sites

Really nice hotel and the staff is so nice! A bit loud if you stay on a weekend because there’s a night club really close.
