Was not informed that they were under construction. So that meant no pool, gym, or spa for kids( main reason for booking there 😔)
Staff was hirrible especially mangaer Rosalina no help or anything to satisfy a cxxustomee who was not happy. Stove didnt wirek. No pots ir silverware. No sapinge or soap which all if suites that have kitchens usually comes with. No mattress in pull out couch in living room wqhwre my saon wass sleeping. My son couldnt hook up his game system to tv. None of them. One if the bedrrom had no tv. Nothing like pictures at all!!!. Only good thing was right across wasfamily fun places and food options all walkable. Everything else ******. Do not recommend. Pay extra for the better hotels

Worst hotel experience ever. Owner promised a refund but I had to go through my bank and show proof of the promise in order to get it. The hotel had a great view of better hotels and conex boxes. No hot breakfast as advertised.

Horrible place to stay especially if you have children . Every floor is dirty and full of trash and smells like mariuana , there are stains all over the curtains and couches there was a roach in the bathtub . They people living in there have no respect for the people who travel to stay . Don’t do it

Booked just for the indoor pool and hot tub and both were closed for renovations. Wasn't even there for an hour but couldn't get a refund according to the desk host.

A lot of restaurants & stuff nearby. Property was under construction so it looked pretty bad. Most of the staff was great except for the morning front desk person on Sunday.

Do not stay here! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my 32 years of living and that says a lot considering how many last minute rocky point trips I make. The hotel was filthy. There was a poop stain with flaky poop in the bed the front desk had to give me all new blankets.there was long women’s hair in the “clean” bed. The floor was filthy to the point where my sandals were sticking to the carpet. There were food crumbs all over the floor. The wood box that the bed sits in was filled with dirt and little bugs and to top it off both nights we stayed there was water pouring from our bathroom vent on to the bath room floor. Also the pool was dirty and of course they don’t offer free breakfast even though it’s advertised on their website and through booking.
