Can’t sing enough praises for this hotel it is total relaxation in pure luxury. Stayed here in two suites with grown children . Spotlessly clean sumptuous surroundings and exquisite food. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were as outstanding as the views anything you requested was brought to you with a smile. The wellness areas were outstandingly clean and comfortable the treatments on offer were professional and heavenly. A few of the areas were unavailable which was disappointing but overall a wonderful place to get away from everyday life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel and its staff to anyone . If you are looking for 5 star luxury in all areas whilst being made to feel so welcome surrounded by stunning scenery this is the place for you . Thank you all at hotel Salzburgerhof for making our stay so peaceful,luxurious and memorable.

Our third consecutive year at the hotel Salzburgerhof and once again it didn’t disappoint. Everything about the hotel is excellent. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect. A special mention to the restaurant dream team Elena, Dora and Tamara. These three ladies are super efficient, fun and a huge credit to the hotel. The rooms are always kept spotless and the reception team go out of their way to be helpful and solve any problems you may have. We will definitely return next year as the Hotel Salzburgerhof is our happy place.

Our experience at Salzburgerhof was excellent. Beautiful surroundings both inside and out. Very good food at all times of day. Helpful and friendly staff everywhere. We used the bicycles which were great, walked the lake and travelled locally to other sites. Cable cars are available for those wanting alpine walks. We shall certainly return next year.

Allthough in the centre of busy Zell am See, it is an oases of tranquillity. The central garden is a very nice place to relax. Competent en friendly staff and good kitchen made our stay an excellent experience. Of course, there is lots to do outside but the hotel makes it tempting to stay indoors.

Fantastic hotel situated in heart of town within in easy reach of gondolas and lake. Outstanding facilities, luxurious rooms and stunning food. Wild pool is worth a try, though it is rather cold in May😂. The staff are friendly, efficient and super helpful (Peter the barman is a a real gem). We were on the half board rate, which in reality means full board because it includes afternoon cakes and buffet lunch. The quality of the food is superb (one of the highlights) and the restaurant is where the locals eat if they are going out for a special meal. In my opinion it is amazing value for money when compared to 5 star hotels in the UK ("Half" board in suite: price per night for two people 440 Euros/ £377 a night). We have also stayed in the skiing season (January 2024) and were similarly impressed. In fact this is our 5th visit to the hotel since January 2022.

What an amazingly beautiful hotel with amazing staff right from checkin to restaurant housekeeping and spa. I was only here one night working but would happily stay for longer. Spa is a great experience gym was well maintained. Grounds lovely. Room was beautiful, faultless and amazing views. Restaurant service was exceptional and food was excellent. Big clap to the piano player as well 👏

Booked for 5 nights but decided to leave one day earlier because of concerns about their hygiene standards although they still charged for the last night!Food was ok, noting special, the restaurant staff who served us were very friendly though.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were superb on the whole and the personal touches were much appreciated. From breakfast through to oysters and cakes at Apres, followed by a wonderful choice of 6 courses every evening, the standard was unbelievable! The restaurant atmosphere was just right, with a pianist most evenings. Room overlooking the lake was great to wake up to each morning and the spa and pools are just stunning after a hard day on the slopes. Transfers to and from the slopes were quick and simple thanks to the hotel’s private minibus. All in all a wonderful experience, would not hesitate to recommend.
