Ulasan Hotel Mozart

Very bad hotel!! I showed them my passport, they still let me to write down some personal information. Every facilities are charged of extra fees like water, WiFi and etc. I sincerely don't recommend this hotel!

The room is cozy for a single traveller. Bathroom is clean. Near the metro. Downside is you have to pay for wifi and it should be provided for the amount we are paying. Staffs are friendly

Отель хороший, но очень старый. За каждую опцию надо платить (вода в номере, даже Wi-Fi). Для одной ночи очень хорошо

El hotel esta bien, lejos del centro pero muy bien comunicado con transporte publico. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero correctas. El unico problema es que se oye mucho el ruido de la callle y de otras habitaciones por la noche

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le personnel très agréable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé et bien desservi. Je recommande !

Nettes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Frühstücksbuffet total ausreichende Vielfalt ohne Extraschnörkel

非常老舊的飯店，整體感覺都不好，不想再去的飯店

If you want to have the worst experience go there. After arriving we informed the receptionist that our plane will leave tomorrow at 10 pm and ask if there is a possibility to leave the luggage at lock room because the check out time is 11 am , the man said of course no problem, next morning we are going to leave our luggage and were informed that the lock room has no space 😏 To the question that yesterday we were told that it will be ok today is a problem???? As a resolution the woman at check desk told that we can leave our luggages in public place for example at stairs but it is not secured zone 😟 so anyone can come and take it( as they don’t have any cameras. Awfully regret to choose this hotel, the breakfast was very poor but the woman who served was very kind, the rooms are old , there is no lock at toilet 🧐 for wi fi need to pay extra 2 € a day. The good side was that is near the metro .Anyway I will not advise to go there

A very nice old hotel. Very good location, you can walk to Stephan Platz in 25 minutes... Train station,supermarket...in 5 min.walk. Breakfast quite solid. What I liked most was that it was clean and tidy, very friendly staff. I recommend it.

Also bough a bit dated this is a nice hotel with decent breakfast and efficient staff. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. Tram route D passes the hotel and will drop you at many touristy spots and importantly the main train station. U4 I station is just down road and very nice Pub Restaurant The Golden Harp is 100 meters away.
