Hotel terbaik di Vienna

Strutture with seventies furniture. Four night stay, four days out of four without sanitizing the bathroom, only change of towels unless lady day they were not changed. Friendly and very helpful reception. Poorly supplied breakfast, missing croissant, non-international breakfast. NB: In the room to remove the carpet because It Is not hygienic. We Will be back to Vienna but not to this hotel. VIENNA IS WONDERFUL!!!!

Excellent apartments in a new and modern area of Vienna, next to the central station. It may seem a bit far from the center, but in 30-40 minutes you reach the cathedral square by foot, passing through the beautiful Belvedere palace, or 15 by public transport. Transport is practically at the door, on the left the central station Haupbahnof, where you can take the train to the airport (RE) or the metro (U). On your right hand side, the Quartier Belvedere stop, with the urban train (S) and the tram. So the location is no excuse, which also lowers the price a bit. In addition, the apartments are new and very well equipped and spacious. Very comfortable, with a large bed and sofa, kitchen, dining room, all in an open and spacious space, decorated in an industrial chic way. The common areas have a working area and a small kitchen where you can make yourself a coffee or store things in the fridge. If you arrive later than 6pm you have to do the self check in at a machine that they have outside on the street. It is somewhat slow and tedious, but it will only take a few minutes. The wifi is good and they have luggage storage service. A perfect option for a weekend in Vienna

We stayed here for 3 days but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any longer. It was right next to the train station which was convenient but the room was outdated. House keeping was non existent. They didn’t clean when we requested they come - just fluffed a duvet. The room felt very dusty as did the carpet. We even told reception to clear the shared coffee station upstairs as it was dirty, full of dirty mugs, dirty work top, dirty coffee jugs and has been like that since we arrived, the lady at the desk brazenly said “housekeeping are doing that”. But they did not. Acom should invest more in to this hotel to modernise it.

It was good, without being outstanding THE GOOD POINTS - The hotel is basic, but practical. You've got everything you need. - in a superb location for all the local tourist destinations - the breakfast is elite - The staff are polite - the outdoor area is very nice THE BAD POINTS - The room was extremely warm and the air conditioning was poor - rooms aren't overly soundproof - people smoking very close to the door which blows into the hotel lobby - the TV isn't a smart TV. I don't understand how modern hotels don't have smart TV's now. There was no netflix, no YouTube etc

Very equipped and cozy apartment at an excellent Location for a very good price! Big recommendation. We stayed for 3 nights and it has everything you need, bathroom, kitchen, large bed with all accessories and the apartment size is fairly big. You get also coffee machine with capsules which is a great plus. The Location is more than good since it is 5 minutes away from U3 and you can get to city centre in 15 minutes. There are some good pubs and restoraunts around the block as well. You also get access to luggage room with a keylock so you can leave your stuff on departure day and still use that day to go out before your trip back. The host was amazing and we got everything we asked and they were very nice and kind. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be back if I am in Wien any time. Only problem is that if you wish to Cook or wash your Clothes you need to bring or buy an oil or detergent.

The hotel was very nice. We visited during summer so it was a blessing to have air conditioning. The staff was so polite specially Christopher. He helped us so much in recommending good places around the city and even planning little details of our trip. The hotel is next to the train station so it becomes easier to access any place in the city . I would 10/10 stay here again !!!

I stayed for one week. The Hotel was exactly what I expected for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean but modest. The breakfast was typical German style which I enjoyed. The WIFI worked well. The location is excellent being about 200m from the Ubahn station.

Perfect stay from start to finish. Spacious room, great breakfast, comfortable public spaces with very welcoming afternoon tea and cakes served at 16:00. Staff are knowledgeable, polite, warm and friendly. Interesting arty neighbourhood with our favourite Xmas market around Spittelbsrg: more of a local feel than those in the Inner Stadt. We had a minor medical problem while we were there but the staff did a superb job of getting assistance and being supportive and understanding themselves. Can’t wait to go back again soon.

Hotel TYROL is a beautiful place at the beginning on the Mariahilfer Strasse. MR. Phillip and all the other emploiers are very friendly and in good mood. I like to come again! Breakfast was always delices,so on also Tea and Coffee. With my friends we spend a nice evening later at the bar and the barman was still very awake at nealy middnight. Super!!

Having good memories of this cozy downtown hotel in Vienna, we returned for two nights last weekend. We were pleased to realize that the hotel kept its high standard, it was impeccably clean and the staff at the reception extremely helpful. Whether it was asking for directions or making reservation for one of the most popular restaurants in Vienna (I was unable to get a table via the internet) we got top notch service at the reception. Sure we will return when we visit Vienna next.
