Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable ! The proximity to the train station, just a short 3-minute walk away, made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, having two supermarkets right opposite the hotel was incredibly convenient for picking up any essentials we needed. The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and provided us with a very comfortable stay. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even helping us to print our opera tickets. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend to others.

位置還好 離火車站很近 去商業區兩站地地鐵直達 很近 走到美泉宮 總之很方便 不錯 早餐也還可以

Nice hotel, 10 minute walk from the main train station. Nicely appointed bathroom. Unable to control the heat in our room so we had to open a window. Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was adequate (I've had better, I've had worse.) We were able to store luggage. Not too far to a couple of different metro stops.

很不錯，酒店就在火車站隔壁，火車站下來之後衹需要步行不到15分鐘就到了，火車站有去往各個地方的公共交通工具，房間的話也很乾凈衞生，還讓我們提前入住了很棒！

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, proche des Metro/bus qui permettent d’arriver rapidement aux places importantes. Personnels très agréable. Seul petit point « négatif », le petit déjeuner. Très bon mais il fallait parfois attendre après des verres/couverts.

Gerne wieder, der Frühstücksraum ist einfach etwas zu kalt, ansonsten aber alles gut, zentrale Lage zu U-Bahn

Muito bom Hotel, com ótimo café da manhã e bom atendimento. Quarto confortável e muito bem apresentável. Localização central, não muito longe das principais atrações de Viena.

We were given an executive suite during check in. Welcome drink were offered by friendly receptionist.Location was good.About 10 mins walk to QBB train station or bus main station.Plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed our stay!!

Cafe da manhã muito bom. Internet de qualidade. Perto do metrô e da estação central de trem.

Não me incomodo com camas de solteiro juntas formando de casal desde que não se forme um abismo entre as 2 como nesse hotel. O secador de cabelo funcionava por exatos 13 segundos e parava voltando depois de 5 min, impossível usar. O pior pra mim foi chegar no quarto que estava bem quente, ligar o ar condicionado que não ligou, entrarmos em contato com a recepção para relatar e para nossa surpresa recebemos a resposta que como estava frio na rua eles desligam o ar condicionado impedindo que o hóspede escolha se está com calor ou frio dentro do quarto. Sem alternativa abrimos a fresta da janela que foi o que nos restou. Por volta das 6:00 da manhã começava o barulho da rua, caminhões descarregando, e ninguém mais conseguia dormir: era o calor ou o barulho. Viajo bastante e nunca vi uma coisa dessas. Com relação ao atendimento foram todos muito simpáticos e educados, no entanto na recepção ninguém sabia dar nenhuma informação sobre assuntos turísticos o que é inadmissível para quem trabalha em hotelaria. Enfim, o que salva é a localização perto de metrô e trem e o café da manhã.

Very supportive staff, check in my mum before my arrival. The room is nice, quite big and very clean. The bathroom is not so big but new decorated. Very convinient to get anywhere, the underground is just aroand the corner, there are small restaurants and bakeries. The price is pleasant ArThe price is nice
