I recommend this accommodation very clean and safe

Very good front desk and housekeeping staff that answer all my need,, hotel was a bit old but it’s ok with me,, location at middle of Chinatown with all Chinese speaking people,, breakfast was eatable,, didn’t get pickup from airport upon arrival due communication error,, trip was cut short due to unexpected incident,, will come back again,, thanks..

It was an amazing time, the cleaning staff so kind and professional.

Chinese hotel. Many Chinese people smoking inside hotel, elevator, everywhere. Price very competitive instead. 10 mins away from the airport

Hotel room was good the location is a bit away from city centre although it’s near from airport so reach quickly breakfast was Chinese and it was good some staff don’t understand English but it’s ok still manage with google translate

Best hotel that we stayed at in Lao. It has been set up mainly for Chinese tourists and business people. We enjoyed the accommodation that much we stayed 15days instead of the original 4 nights booking. The rooms where very well set up with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Toiletries, water, bath towels included hand towels and face washers. Found comfy gowens and slippers, even 2 gas masks???? That was a concern 😟. The room was a good size with table and chairs, plus a nice comfy chair to relax. The cleaning staff where very good and very friendly. The reception and security staff where very helpful and friendly. TV was set up totally for Chinese visitors, only down fall. Would have been good to have satellite TV to include other guests. The pool was very good plus cleaned regularly. The gym needs a total revamp. Equipment was old and not working. General maintenance and cleaning of the rooms, hallways and entry was very good. A little bit of mould in the grout joints was the only thing, but not as bad as other accommodation that I've seen.. A good monthly clean would keep this problem under control. The breakfast included was pretty boring, which was a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel.

The breakfast was my biggest let down. I just couldn't do it a second time. It also looks scruffy, on my floor the ceiling had holes in it. The room is massive but smells musty. I found two lovely coffee shops nearby which saved my life. It was close to the airport.

Communication problem and don't speak English. The hotel restaurant staff don't communicate in English and are very difficult to order food

Great location close to the airport and many eateries and restaurants. Very convenient and easy access to transportation. The room was good and has a garden and swimming pool to cool off during the hot afternoon sun.

Couldn't access to the pool, and no gym open
