Hôtel magnifique avec une décoration atypique très dépaysante. La chambre est spacieuse et très jolie. Le petit dej à la carte est très bon, nous pouvons en redemander sans problème. La piscine est magnifique (seul point négatif il peut y avoir quelques odeurs désagréables au niveau de la piscine par moment). L’hôtel est bien situé à 10 min du centre ville en vélo (possibilité de louer des vélos directement à l’hôtel). Gros point positif : le personnel est très gentil, à l’écoute et au petit soin, merci beaucoup !

เป็นครั้งแรกที่ไปประเทศลาวแลบที่ต้องไปทำธุรกิจ เลยลองไปพักที่นี่เพราะอยู่กลางเวียงจันทน์เลย ตอนแรกมีปัญหาเช็คอินไม่ได้เพราะรูปบางรูปๆมาตรงกับโรงแรม แต่ทางโรงแรมก็ช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้เข้าพักก่อนแล้วตรวจสอบให้ทีหลัง สรุปว่าเป็นแค่เรื่องเข้าใจผิดกัน พนักงานโดยรวมดูแลดี พูดจาอ่อนน้อม ประทับใจค่ะ พักห้องเตียงใหญ่ ห้องน้ำใหญ่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ ห้องสะอาด วิวดี ที่สำคัญคือมีพื้นที่ให้คุยธุรกิจได้ตั้งแต่เช้าจนดึกเลย ประทับใจค่ะ รอบหน้าใช้บริการอีกแน่นอน

This hotel is good value for money, especially with current deals. The locationn is not ideal if you want to be near the Mekong downtown area. Excellent breakfast provided - I also received a room upgrade free. The reception staff were not very welcoming unfortunately - maybe they had a bad day? There is quite a lot of traffic noise - so preferably try to get a room at the back of the hotel Otherwise my stay was very comfortable.

A very convenient hotel for short stays on a budget, rate is consistent, room was comfortable, excellent shower with good pressure and temperature, good bed and fine breakfast (a la carte options) with good local food and good bread. While the place may not be fancy or instagramable, it's still a good hotel for sleeping at a relatively low price, so it makes it the perfect option in the area.

Chanthapanya was located pretty centrally, about 1 km from the central bus station. The main sights in downtown Vientiane were within walking distance. The nearby streets had a lot of different kinds of restaurants. The hotel was slightly upscale. It wasn't brand new anymore, but didn't seem old either. My room was nice and quiet. The breakfast had a warm local dish, toast, some fresh fruit and eggs. It was ok, although the selection was somewhat limited. I didn't try the pool.

L'albergo si trova in comoda posizione, vicino al lungofiume. Ho avuto una stanza ampia, attrezzata con frigo, tv, aria condizionata e con terrazzino. Bagno con vasca. Materassi confortevoli. La colazione con ricco buffet è compresa nel prezzo. Il personale è gentile.

CClimber29928988907First visit to Laos, and I'm certain they are among the friendliest people in the world. Located not far from the airport and city center the hotel was clean and modern but the best part of my stay was the staff...especially Deth and Julie! Deth and Julie were so kind and accommodating and were so well versed in English. I felt very safe and taken care of because of Deth and Julie's hospitality! Thank you so kindly for a wonderful stay, and I hope to see you guys again in the near future!

Staff really nice and friendly, they provide drinking water, water heater, instant coffee.
Bed in female dorm is comfy, but air conditioning needs more cold, no soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, la literie est confortable. On se sent vraiment bien dans ces chambres. Et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est tout à fait correct. Dans cet hôtel, j'ai surtout énormément apprécié la gentillesse du personnel! Ils sont très attentionnés, aux petits soins, toujours prêt à vous aider! Vraiment adorable! Mention spéciale à Kai et Jia avec lesquels j'ai bien sympathisé!

GGerasimburgI recently stayed at Vientiane BB Hostel and was very pleased with my experience. This is an ideal option for travelers looking for an affordable yet cozy and comfortable hostel in the heart of Laos' capital.
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. I was greeted with a smile at the reception, quickly checked in, and shown all the necessary facilities. The staff speaks English, which is very convenient for international guests, and they are always ready to help with any questions, whether it’s advice on tours or assistance with transportation.
I stayed in a Deluxe room by myself, and I can say it was an excellent choice. The room was clean, spacious, and very cozy. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linens. The room had air conditioning, which is essential in a hot climate, and a small but convenient bathroom.
The hostel's breakfasts were also a highlight. Each day, you can choose between an omelet, fried eggs, and two toasts. Everything is served fresh and hot, making it a great way to start the day. Additionally, coffee and tea are available for free at any time of the day, which adds an extra level of comfort for guests.
The hostel also has a great common area where you can relax, use the stable Wi-Fi, or chat with other guests. The atmosphere is calm and friendly, creating a sense of warmth and hospitality.
Another major advantage is the hostel's location. It’s in the city center, within walking distance of Vientiane's main attractions, such as Patuxai and the Mekong River promenade. This made it easy for me to explore the city and its surroundings without needing transportation.
Overall, Vientiane BB Hostel offers an excellent combination of price and quality. This place is perfect for those looking for comfortable accommodation with great amenities at an affordable price. I definitely recommend this hostel to anyone who values comfort and coziness while traveling.

PPatcharin JongjaiThe room size is quite small, suitable for a solo traveler or a stay of no more than two nights. The walls are thin, so you can hear people walking and talking outside. The breakfast is tasty but lacks variety.
The location is convenient, as it is close to a shopping mall. However, the elevator service is insufficient for the number of guests. Many Chinese tourists staying at the hotel showed poor etiquette, smoking in non-smoking areas and causing the entire hotel to smell unpleasant. On the other hand, some guests were polite and respectful, adhering to universal manners.
The reception staff provided good service, which was a positive highlight of the stay.

I wish there was more information at the reception desk helping foreigners travel. For example, connecting them with bus companies, for busses going to Vang Vieng.

PPengguna TetamuCheck in date : 25th August 2022. Check out date : 26th August 2022. Location : The hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of Vientiane. It is within walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane and there are nice restaurants around. The junction at the end of the road has a convenience store. We booked LOCA car from the airport and it just costs 100,000 LAK. The area is not too busy but it is just near to the main the main road. Within walking distance, tourists can walk to Sisaket and Night Market. But we opt out for the motorcycle. Reception : The recep area is small but nicely decorated with wooden furniture. We arrived around 8am and the well spoken English receptionist welcomed us warmly. She also direct us to the luggage area and we got to keep our luggage before check in time. Before I depart from my home country, I texted the owner about motorcycle rental. The owner kindly replied me and arranged for us the motorcycle rental that only costs 50,000 LAK per day (which is super cheap). When we arrived, the motorcycle was ready. All in all, I felt welcome in the hotel. Room : My room is in the second floor. It has an amazing courtyard view. The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and clean. The AC works very well. The bed are large and comfy. An electric kettle was provided and 2 mineral waters are there for us. The towels are fresh and the wardrobe is big enough for us to store our rucksacks. Around the hotel : It is a very small but well run hotel. The hotel is clean and spotless. The courtyard is very amazing and the resting area gives a very tranquil vibe. There is a limited space motorcycle parking rental. The hotel also seems very quiet and looks like a very good resting/working place. There are no elevator around so disable people had to reconsider booking here or you can opt for ground floor room right in front of the courtyard. We checked out around 6am the next day so we didnt get to try the breakfast. Satisfaction : We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists.
