We really liked this hotel.  Staff very responsive.  Great location.  The lobby area, room and restaurant were stylish.  Pool area great and reasonable gym facilities and temperature.

Hotel was good value for money. Good size room, central location. Friendly staff. I particularly liked how the guy serving breakfasts was on top form, almost reading wishes of clients.

Amazing location. Friendly staff. Restaurants and Cafes nearby. Love this place. The pool was under renovation when we visited, but they offered to use the pool of the club nearby, which is very nice of them.

Hotel management is a mess, Kerry💩 The hotel is not bad. After reading the reviews, some people do not agree with the management staff like me. They are a loser, self-righteous and wasted. .

While I respect your right to express your opinion, I'm puzzled by your anonymity, as it makes it difficult to address your concerns directly and understand the full context of your dissatisfaction.It appears you may be the guest who was fined for smoking in a non-smoking room last week. I understand that receiving a fine is unpleasant, however, smoking in a non-smoking hotel has significant consequences. Even with the $100 penalty, it doesn't fully cover the impact on our business.The room in question had to be closed for a minimum of five nights for deep cleaning to eliminate the smoke odor. This resulted in a loss of revenue amounting to at least five times the room's value.Our non-smoking policy is clearly communicated to all guests. It's stated online, on the key card received during check-in and reiterated during the check-in process. We take this policy seriously to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests.I wish you all the best.Sincerely,Kris Bosman

The room was clean and hygienic, and because it wasn't on the main street, it was quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service!

Upon arriving in Vientiane, we had not yet decided on a hotel, so we decided on this hotel on the day. The hotel staff were very friendly and we felt at ease. I think the furnishings in the room were the best of our trip. The restaurant the staff recommended in the morning was delicious, and they gave us advice on how to get to the airport. My husband had a stomach ache, so they even gave us medicine for free. We were very impressed with their hospitality during our stay. There are food stalls and convenience stores nearby, so you can fill your stomach cheaply. I would recommend this hotel.

I stay here every time I transfer. The hotel is clean and tidy There is enough food and drink nearby I will continue to stay here when I come to Vientiane in the future. There is a free airport transfer. Recommended for people who have a connecting flight.

A hotel with a good location. But this time I encountered a very unfriendly management staff. He compared himself to a dog. He identified me as a smoker based on his sense of smell and shouted at me $100. The key is that there is no place where there is a reminder that you have to pay a $100 fine for smoking. It's so funny.
