That hotel what you see on booking is not what you find . How ever I had to pay Tex to take me to other hotel sam company i but I never book it again

Hotel was dark and run down. Carpet probably never been washed. Cleaness was at a minimum. Bathroom was leaking and lights flickering all the time. Staff was OK, one person doesn't speak English, one does but never told me about the option to get the bus from the Central Bus station to go to the Buddha park, tried to tell me to pay 250k for a tuk tuk ( bus is 6k), same for a taxi to the airport, he asked for 150k ( spent 85k taking a taxi on the Loca app). What's good? Location to walk to things. Beds are super comfy and clean. They use good toilet paper. Free water refill at reception. Can book busses to move to other towns.

It was cheap. So we can't complain. We were finishing the trip in laos.

The hotel is very basic,I was only there one night. When booking I was asked if there was anything I would need to make my stay More comfortable so I wrote to ask if there was a TV in my room kettle with tea or coffee. And internet access for my work. They replied and said yes. But on my arrival I was on the top floor with no lift, the TV didn't work. There was a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee, and there was no internet. I asked at reception why did you say it had what I asked for knowing full well it didn't.

All reasonably good for this price. Very close to the market and ce tralee Street area

It's quite bad but also nowhere near as bad as some other reviewers say. The bed seemed clean and there were no bed bugs so that was good. For the price you pay you expect better but welcome to Laos. Many problems could be fixed if they properly dusted the rooms, took out the dirty carpet, took out the old tube TVs (who even uses these?), took out the ugly uneeded furniture and renovated the bathroom.

The price and Location is awesome. However, the hotel is very old. But I am happy with the value. 😊

it's not good lads, they need to make sure about room, window was broken, mosquitos were everywhere. It was hard to sleep.

The most terrible staycation I have ever had.
