Ulasan Quintessenza - Charme Rooms

This is a delightful property located just outside one of the gates to the historic district. Walking distance to all the sites and so many restaurants. It is a very modern renovation to an old building. The pictures are very accurate. Note: There are about 30 stairs to access the property, and they are quite steep. The owner will carry your bags up if needed. There is no elevator. Breakfast is served on the amazing terrace. Pastries, meat, cheeses, fruit, and coffee. Anything you want, just ask. We were fortunate to get a parking spot nearby in a free zone.

We had the Terra room which was new and very nicely designed. Very sharp clean lines and elegant! The bathroom was also very clean and nice. The breakfast was on the rooftop terrace and was excellent with choices of croissants, bread, meat, cheese, specialty cakes, fresh fruit, excellent coffee and super friendly service! Highly recommended - just be aware there is no elevator and relatively steep stairways. Parking was super easy too!

Amazing, amazing and amazing! It was the best B&B stay in my entire trip in Puglia. The room, the view from the room, breakfast on the rooftop with the beautiful view, the convenience of the location (close proximity to everything), the hosts’ hospitality (they were so helpful on booking lifts in advanced, accommodating my dietary request), the vibe and interior design of the entire place ; everything was wonderful 👍🏼 If you’re visiting Vieste, I highly recommend to book Quintessenza because the experience and memory you’ll have will be priceless!

Incredible view from the roof deck, great place to have breakfast even on a cool morning. We had difficulty finding it while driving using Google maps. Get detailed instructions, especially on parking, before you drive there. Stairs up to the unit were steep, but the friendly owners helped with luggage.

Charming and modern B&B, with beautiful terrace on top of the building. The view from there is absolutely great and the good breakfast on that terrace just puts you in a nice mood for the day. Rooms very clean, big bathroom with high pressure shower (at least in room Aqua where we stayed!), very good service from hosts. Location perfect, just near entrance of old town, but also very close to more modern parts with many restaurants and shops. Only thing to know in advance: if you dislike steep stairs, there are 2 floors to climb with such stairs! But really worth it!

Great location. 5. Minute walk to the nearest beach and steps away from the old town. Very clean. Vanessa and Allesandro were great hosts. They allowed us to check in early after a long, hot drive from Matera and even helped us carry our bags up. I should point out that there are 4 flights of stairs to negotiate to get the the door of the B&B, 3 of which have very high risers. I wouldn’t recommend it for any one with mobility issues. . Vanessa made fabulous breakfasts, each day was different. These were served on the roof terrace with great views over the coast. The maid was also very friendly. A perfect 4 days. If there is one thing I’d change it’s to have a covered area on the roof terrace so that the views could be enjoyed when the sun is out as it’s very hot up there.

We stayed at this B & B for 5 days with two other couples. Location is great, the rooms are very clean, modern and air conditioned. Breakfast served each morning on the terrace was wonderful. The view from the terrace is beautiful, but unable to enjoy during the day due to a lack of umbrellas - the sun is very intense. The city of Vieste is a wonderful place to visit - everyone very friendly and great restaurants to try. We would definitely stay at Quintessenza - Charme again should we return to that area. A word of caution - There are four flights of stairs to reach the rooms, so if you have mobility issues you might want to rethink your stay. We were very happy that the owners were available to assist with luggage.

Very friendly service and great communication in build up to and during stay. Lovely small hotel with clean rooms , good bathroom and comfortable bed. Very short walk into old town. Excellent breakfast provided on the roof terrace, which was a great start to each day. Recommend you take advantage of paid parking space as well worth it. Only suggestion would be addition of an umbrella or canopy on the rest area of the roof to provide some shade from the very hot sun. We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely terrace unfortunately. All in all a great little hotel and would return.

Il b&b è molto bello, il fiore all'occhiello una terrazza fantastica e i titolari sono due persone veramente squisite, disponibili e molto cordiali. La posizione centrale è ottima sia per la vista della città che per fare mare, le stanze sono molto ben arredate con tanto gusto, accoglienti, pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione in terrazza sopra i tetti della città e difronte al castello Svevo Aragonese e il faro di Vieste è un'esperienza unica. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, ringrazio Vanessa e Alessandro per la grande cordialità e professionalità.

Dall’accoglienza al saluto ci siamo sentiti sempre come in famiglia. Grazie Vanessa ed Alessandro per averci coccolato con le vostre gustose colazioni ricche di prodotti tipici pugliesi e fantastiche torte fatte in casa. Grazie per le preziose informazioni turistiche che ci avete fornito e per le relative prenotazioni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “acqua”, molto pulita e con vista diretta sul mare e faro di Vieste sullo sfondo. Consigliamo a tutti di alzarsi presto per vedere l’alba direttamente dal proprio balconcino. Nel salutarci Vanessa ci ha scattato una Polaroid, per tenerci tra i loro ricordi. Anche noi vi ricorderemo per sempre nel nostro cuore! Grazie di tutto e a presto!

Cosa dire: pulizia estrema, accoglienza superba, colazione degna di un panorama mozzafiato e con prodotti sia dolci che salati tipici del territorio, dopo aver spazzolato tutto, focaccia scamorza, prosciutto e megacornetto alla Nutella, con rinforzino di Nutella a prova di dieta, cappuccino, succo d'arancia e caffé. E via a fare il bagno a mare. ...insomma una goduria!

Abbiamo soggiornato alcuni giorni in questa splendida struttura. La camera è veramente molto bella, curata nei minimi particolari e molto pulita. La colazione sempre abbondante e varia. La terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti e’ veramente molto bella con una vista magnifica! In più Vanessa, la titolare , sempre super disponibile nell’ aiutarti a vivere al meglio il soggiorno a Vieste! Struttura consigliatissima

La signora gentilissima, colazione eccellente vista mozzafiato. L’unica delusione la camera con il bagno, piccolini con arredamento di basso livello e letto piccolo incastrato nel muro con biancheria da letto vecchia. Camera non pulita bene , c’era tanta polvere sul pavimento.

Struttura molto bella, nuovissima e strapulita. Praticamente in centro. I proprietari Vanessa e Alessandro disponibili e super gentili, ci hanno anche accolto facendoci anche un upgrade gratuito della camera. Colazione super!!! Strepitosa la terrazza. Grazie!
