Very clean, good food, and quick check-in. Location is very good without much traffic. Everything is close by

This was my 3rd visit with family including a 2 year old this time. We were given room 303 it was filled with dust, flush issues had to contact more than 4 times to get it fixed. Had to ask for toiletries, towels and other stuff nothing was provided in the room, worse things were when my 2 year old was playing with her toy and it fell under the bed we observed stale food remaining and full of dust and other stuff it looks like they did not clean it for months under the bed.

We booked an executive room but kay hotel people allotted only normal room and i am not satisfied & bad experience.

Hotel is good but i am not convinced about customers being deceived of showing the amenities like bar in the list but the hotel does not have one. The breakfast include lot of dishes but somehow the taste is not convincing for a hotel of that cost. Otherwise, rooms are big, clean and maintained well.
