Hotel berhampiran Santuário de Nossa Senhora da Candosa, Vila Nova Do Ceira

Pela segunda vez visitamos a Aguieira, nesta vez no seu mais recente hotel. No conto geral a experiência foi agradável e cumpriu as expectativas, porém ainda uma grande margem de crescimento. 2 aspeto a considerar (que já tive a oportunidade de partilhar com os funcionários): - restaurante - grande desilusão, caro e fraco de qualidade. Não aconselho em nada o prato de lascas de bacalhau uma vez que foi mais um prato de espinhas com brôa. Em contrapartida, o lombo de boi foi uma agradável surpresa mesmo que ainda pudesse ser melhorado (bastava simplesmente deixá-lo repousar depois de confecionar uma vez que encheu o prato de sangue). O couvert é super básico, e o pão extremamente seco (bastava levá-lo ao forno por 1 minuto e já tinham enganado o cliente com ”pão fresco e acabadinho de fazer”); - ginásio - horário de funcionamento algo limitativo (abre às 9h e para quem se encontre em trabalho e gostava de treinar antes de ir trabalhar, acredito que seja completamente proibitivo). Para além disso, maior parte das máquinas não funcionam/funcionam mal. Tirando isso, de realçar a localização, as facilities, o pequeno almoço e o spa (experiência de massagem bastante agradável). I'd like to say that this hotel has been one of the most pleasant surprises I've had in a while. This was a last minute decision, as I wanted to take a few days of with my wife. We were looking for a place to relax, but at the same time we wanted to explore and hike. Well, the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, the historical shist villages, the waterfalls, the river affluents, and the magical castle of Lousã gave us all the outdoor experiences we were looking for. The hotel itself, amazing ! We stayed in the new area, the bedroom was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was great too, the TV, well a bit outdated to be honest. The restaurant - Wow ! The breakfast - Wow ! The indoor pool and Spa, very good. As to the staff. Warm Kind Welcoming Polite. I'd like to say that Dona Laura that helped us during breakfast deserves a raise. Thank you for the very nice stay you've provided us.

What a suprisingly lovely hotel couldn't say anything bad about Luna hotel de tabua the staff are helpful and the reception speak very good English very friendly nothing to much trouble the breakfast was nice and lots of choice The room was clean and fresh and lots of wardrobe space Very nice place to stay would recommend it to any body We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the restaurant but was always busy in the evening when passing

Desde o primeiro contacto que tudo foi muito bom. O atendimento, a disponibilidade e o acolhimento de todos os colaboradores/profissionais foi extraordinário. Fizeram um upgrade á minha reserva e ofereceram ”um mimo”. A suite era muito confortável, ampla, agradável, limpa e tudo funcionava na perfeição. O pequeno almoço foi muito variado, com produtos frescos de qualidade e estes constantemente a serem repostos, os profissionais atentos aos hóspedes e a tudo o que passava na sala. O ginásio estava bem equipado, a piscina estava limpa e o banho turco disponível.

Dear Duecitania owners, Your hotel is magnificent and I LOVE it. The architecture, the details, the workmanship are superb. Your natural pool and surroundings are stunning, and, very importantly, your staff are lovely, nice, helpful. Ah yeah, also the spa! Unfortunately, you need to look for another chef and another maintenance manager. Why change them? Because food and hospitality require love: love of taste, love of detail, love of choice, love of attention to detail. Because maintenance needs love for things that work, are clean, have square angles where required. And the love is lacking in the food and in the maintenance. 1. We arrive in our room on the 3rd floor; the wifi is abysmal, the fridge does not work, the water pressure is miserable, and the towel racks need to be tightened and squared up. And in the spa, the barrier to walk down into the jacuzzi must be put back in, the sauna and the vienne shower are still not working since last time we came. Also, can men with long feet have appropriate slippers? Your maintenance manager (if you have one) does not walk around looking at what works and does not work. And does not teach your staff to do the same and tell him or her “hey the towel rack in room 314 needs tightening “. There is no love. 2. For a place like the Duecitania, the menu is really poor. And the quality of the food average. The cheeses/sausages in the mixed platter do not honour the richness available in Portugal, the chicken in the (very small) Cesar salad is sad and dry. The bread of the hamburgers equals in quality what is found at McDo. When we arrive at breakfast, there is no brown bread. Yes, it comes just later. But why do we have to wait? Same with the bacon.. arrives later. And why have to ask the staff to cut the grapes bunches into manageable sizes? Here as well, the chef does not care and does not teach the staff how a well managed restaurant runs. No love. So, please, get your act together. It is not difficult, if you have the love.
