The property was spotless and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would say that a more detailed initial orientation to the spa and baths would have been helpful. We actually had no idea as to how things work, where exactly the facilities are, etc. Otherwise, this is a great location. We hope to return!

Wonderful staff ! Food incredible! Hotel very good! Nice parks to visit A lot of tours with nice landscapes. I visit every year ! The termal SPA good Massages and water trea**ent are very good ! Meal option diet or normal meal both are fantastic !

The hotel is well kept, very clean and our bed was most comfortable. A comfortable bed is a key requirement for my wife and me. The hotel is tastefully decorated. The staff spoke English well and satisfied every request promptly. The in-house restaurant offered a satisfactory breakfast and the dinner we had was very good. We visited the spa (which is across the street) and enjoyed the waters. We will stay there again when we return to Geres.

A good town hotel with few specific distinguishing features. Pleasant rooms, some overlooking the main street, but not noisy. Well located - with complimentary access to the Thermal Park. Buffet breakfast. Large reception rooms.

They couldn’t find our reservation when we first checked in, despite my having the ********** checking number. But they eventually disbarred about 10 minutes, and all was fine from there on! Ask for a corner room (216 or 316).
We had a mineral water hot tub that we thought would be side by side - but we were in two separate rooms side by side! Wasn’t worth the cost but was an interesting experience.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast itself was good however the rest was negative: frontdesk people were not nice nor did it feel like their cared about the well being of the guests. The wifi was simply not working for the whole weekend and the breakfast service was simply a disaster. You have to tell them at what time you want to have breakfast a day before and even then there is no structure, huge line outside and staff was not able to cope with it. Pool was not open yet - which was not mentioned anywhere before booking. All in all, bad value for money
