This is a town where steam locomotives run along the majestic Oi River.
This town, which has developed along with the river, is home to nostalgic scenery such as Horai Bridge, the world's longest wooden bridge, suspension bridges, and beautiful tea plantations.
If you drive about 15 minutes from the inn, you will also find a natural hot spring fed directly from the source, a marche, a souvenir shop, and a tourist information center.
Our inn is an old private house that was built over 95 years ago.
The shiny black beams, the smell of tatami mats, the patterned glass of the old fittings...we have tried to preserve as much of the nostalgic Japanese home as possible.
However, all the plumbing has been renovated to make it modern, so even though it is old, you can still have a comfortable stay.
Only one group per day is allowed, so there's no need to worry about small children running around or drinking together late into the night.
You can freely create your own trip without worrying about anyone else.
Although we do not serve meals, everyone can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with cooking utensils.
We also have a wide variety of seasonings, so your desire to try them right away will come true.
Please enjoy to your heart's content the fresh fish and vegetables you found at the market you stopped by.
Please use this service with friends and family who want to get closer to each other.
