I was here for 10 days during the lantern festival. Chose this place for the price and the location (right next door to the bus station) and was pleasantly suprised by my room, which was enormous and the shower was much better than it looked, plus the wifi was good too. So excellent value for money but it was the staff who get this place a 5 star review . The staff could not have been more helpful and really go out of their way to answer all guests questions. I hired a scooter for a week and they gave me a very good price and a nice bike too. I was worried about noise, being so close to the bus station but there are hardly any busses so no noise at all.

This standard hotel offers a decent value for a private room and private parking, especially if you're traveling by car or motorcycle. However, be prepared for a bit of a workout if you're assigned a room on the third floor, as there's no elevator. The location can feel a bit isolated, particularly if you don't have your own transportation. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly and helpful staff make the stay more pleasant. If you're just passing through and need a budget-friendly place to stay with parking, this hotel is a solid choice.

We liked our stay a lot! It is a very clean and quiet gouesthouse. The furniture and decoration was pretty, matress soft, free drinking water and coffee/tea, helpful service, ... All very nice! Just be aware that there are many mosquitos and no mosquito net. So you need to use the AC or keep windows closed all the time.

This hotel shoud not be allowed to operate in the condition it is. The bathroom had mould, specially on the shower area. There were cob webs in my room. The garden was nothing like depicted in the photos. All of the public area surrounding the garden was full of clutter, including personal stuff, drying racks, plastic bottles, etc etc. The whole place was run down. I know that reviews are impacted by personal expectations and experiences, however I do travel a lot and I do work in tourism and I understand what to expect from a 3* hotel. The internet was not working either. Being a 3* property does not mean it needs to fall short from cleaningness and tidyness. I only stayed at this hotel for one night and checked out despite still having two nights left in my booking. I moved to another hotel in the old town - Old Boutique Hotel - which is also a 3* and the rooms were super clean as well as the whole public area. I am used to stay in 3*, with simple decor and comfortable beds, but Foresto is very far from that. Do yourself a favour and do not stay in Foresto Guesthouse, dont be fooled by the photos which are not a true depiction of the real state of the Foresto Guest House

A good family run guest house. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere . Breakfast is fantastic even honeycomb that I never had before! Nice swimming pool to chill out after the visit to the temples that are only 15 minute walk away (even less if you rent a bike at 50 bhat for the day) . Paolo is a great host. Recommended!

Hôtel bien placé pour la visite du parc historique, possibilité de garer sa voiture ou son scooter. Il y a une piscine que nous n'avons pas testée. La chambre qui donnait sur la piscine est agréable mais un peu petite. La salle de bains n'est pas au niveau et son éclairage est déficient. Il est regrettable que l'établissement ne propose aucun petit-déjeuner, même payant, car il n'y a aucun commerce à proximité. Les prestations sont très réduites et le contact avec le personnel (trop discret) limité. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas terrible, je conseille plutôt l'hôtel Thai thai, plus accueillant et qui propose un petit-déjeuner, il se trouve près du Vieng et partage la même direction.

The owner is very kind and really helpful. Room was clean. Location is perfect to visit Sukhothai Historical Park and you can borrow bicycles.

Довольно уставшее бунгало. Для непритязательного туриста. Бассейн был слит в наше пребывание, не удалось поплавать. Близко от автовокзала, но часть дороги каменистая, с чемоданом не пройти, пришлось взять тук тук. Из плюсов есть холодильник, вентилятор, кондиционер. В некоторых бунгало нет кондиционера.
