We have selected this resort for its location due to the convenience spot in Pattaya. Then we realized when we arrived that they just renovated the whole resort with the new management. The resort seems simple and cozy. The staff are very friendly. The room is so nice and spacious. We stay in an attached Villa next to the swimming pool. Breakfast was enough and good to start the day with your choice of set menu. Finally, we left this resort with an impressive experience and decided to return.

Host has incredible customer service. He was very attentive and responsive to all questions. His driver picked us up and was very professional while driving us around. Must stay here next time in Thailand! Thank you for your hospitality!

After staying in Bangkok City for 3 nights, I wanted a beachfront hotel with a nice pool to lounge in. More importantly, our thai friends were fur parents so must have a pet friendly accommodation. So amidst the more modern hotel options available, we chose this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in Pattaya. PROS: 1. Swimmable beachfront during the morning. Waves were strong the afternoon. 2. Relaxing seaview and the coastal skyline from the room balcony. 3. Room was outdated but had the basic features for a relaxed stay. 4. Breakfast was limited but filling. 5. Pet friendly villas available across the street from the hotel but on the expensive side.  6. The highlight is the 2 tier pool with waterfalls. Very relaxing. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Likely due to the pandemic, the staff were few so general maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. Pool had dried leaves at the bottom upon opening in the morning. Please look into it. 2. Beachfront had some garbage on top of the sand but not visible. I am raising this because there was broken glass bottle which i stepped on. Fortunately i reacted quickly so did not puncture. The beach maybe your top asset so please assign people to maintain it. In conclusion, we had an ok stay because it was pet friendly. Nothing fancy but the beach and pool were its highlights. But will try other beachfront options which are plentiful next time when we are not with pets. 

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. However, maybe there are more people come during summer so the service is not as good as before. I called the staff to pick up clothes at morning for laundry, but seems he forgot about that. The next day they got the wrong clothes for me and also charge for wrong items. Except this overall is still a good experience.

The staffs are great and helpful, nice atmosphere and decoration. However, I didn’t expect that the AC would not work at midnight (Sea View Villas), and we can’t sleep. So we called the front desk, then they send technician but he can’t fix it. The front desk told us to move to the new room and the room’s price was cheaper but ‘we would talk about that in the morning.’ (that what they said at that time) After we moved to the new room which was garden view villa, the AC was working. They all apologized. In the morning, the manager offered us a voucher 50% for the next booking and that’s all we got. I believe that all staffs tried to work hard but the maintenance was awful🥴, we didn’t impressed and very disappointed for this situation and the solution. *Not worth it comparing to the price that you spent, you better choose any other hotels.** There are varies better options to offer us to satisfy with this stay, but still not. They didn’t do the best. Hope your hotel doing better job please because the hotel design, complimentary, food and location are pretty cool.

Hotel ini terletak betul-betul di sebelah laut - itu sahaja kelebihannya. Ketika kami di hotel, kerja-kerja sedang dijalankan di pantai (membekalkan pasir, batu bulat, meratakan) dan ia adalah menyusahkan untuk berada di pantai pada masa itu kerana kerja ini. Kolam itu cantik, tetapi mereka tidak membersihkannya sama sekali, kotoran di bahagian bawah, daun terapung, serangga, jubin pecah. Hotel ini secara keseluruhannya sangat lama dan memerlukan pengubahsuaian. Sarapan pagi adalah jenis yang sama, banyak makanan pedas yang direka untuk orang Asia. Lokasi - di pinggir bandar, anda boleh sampai ke pusat bandar dengan teksi atau tuk-tuk.

Hotel is super old. All rooms need to be remodeled. It was some mold inside shower and around bathtub. Rooms are super old. I expect more from 5 stars hotel.

Бронировали бунгало. Первое впечатление было, что попали в санаторий 90-х годов. Территория не ухоженная, запущенная, в бассейне плавают листья, возле бассейна десяток сломанных лежаков, в номере повидавшая виды мебель, убитая сантехника, мутное зеркало, грязные окна, щели, вездесущие комары. Несколько ночей не спали из-за громкой долбящей музыки из бара за стеной бунгало (номер 644). Не смотря на все недостатки и после переселения в бунгало, где не слышно музыки (628), отель по соотношению цена-качество могу рекомендовать, как приемлемый вариант проживания в Паттайе. Очень выгодное местоположение. До чистого пляжа отеля Centara Grand Mirage минут 10 не спеша, обратно немного в горку вдоль улицы с фруктами, кукурузой и прочими обеденными приятностями. До улицы с магазинами, кафе и тук-туками за 10 батт - 5 минут. До Терминала 21 пешком 15-20 минут, но переходить 2 дороги. Завтраки нормальные - яйца жарят, овощи свежие, 2-3 вида фруктов, супчик, 1-2 гарнира, 1-2 горячих, соусы, хлеб для тостов, булки- круассаны, масло, джем, чай-кофе. Супчик, гарниры и горячее меняется, остальное стандартно каждый день. Посуда пластиковая, скатерти не первой свежести, курят прямо за столами, персонал нас не напрягал. В номере, кроме перечисленных выше убогостей, отмечу не застиранное постельное бельё, при этом полотенца серого цвета. Вместо пододеяльников используется простынь и одеяло. Матрасы и подушки нормальные. Уборка каждый день, 2 бутылки воды, шампунь и мыло докладывают без проблем. Сейфа и чайника в номере нет. Кондиционер и маленький холодильник работали исправно. От комаров очень помогал фумигатор, привезённый из дома. В первый же день бегали искать переходник, чтобы можно было пользоваться розеткой. В 7/11 не нашли, купили за 29 батт в Topdaily. Розетка, кстати, единственная в лёгком доступе, поэтому либо фумигатор, либо телефон в порядке очереди. WiFi в номере нет, только на ресепшн. Нам хватало 1 симки на двоих, раздача работала исправно. Контингент в отеле разный, в основном русские пакетные туристы и возрастные европейцы, часто в сопровождении таек. Детей практически нет, пару раз видели вечером наших ребятишек, радостно плескавшихся в бассейне. В целом, отель стоит своих денег. Для экономных, не брезгливый туристов, которые приехали за морем и солнцем, и готовы мириться с относительной убогостью, ветхостью и запущенностью.

The pools are stunning n the staffs are nice.when we were collecting our rooms,we found one of them was canceled by the agency.we're disappointed but it's solved in the end.Easy to get to sheep farm & Dino Kindom.Floating breakfast is a must!!!

Booked a detached two bedroom Pool Villa here last week. Had a fab time. As people say the staff are brilliant, so helpful and try to answer every query. Check in a breeze. Driven to the Villa in a golf cart. Great stuff. We are 2 families and the Villa was the obvious choice. Immaculate inside and out. We were the only people on that side of the complex so had the pool to ourselves. Which was brilliant. Sit up pool bar and small restaurant at our pool not in operation due to obvious reasons, however that did not bother us. Very quiet in the Villa at night perfect. Breakfast is a buffet affair with a reasonable choice of everything you need. Plenty of hot drinks and juices along with the usual fare you get at these type of establishments. Jomtien is still a bustling, busy seaside resort despite the current situation. If you need more of a party atmosphere, Pattaya is a short Baht bus ride away. Great value for money. If you are a family or a couple and want a bit of seclusion or extra privacy then book this place. It’s close by everything. The Baht bus goes right past the hotel, so for 10bht you can get around easily. This was our second stay. We’ll be back again.
