DO NOT STAY HERE if you don't wanna pay for dishonesty and fraud. (Dishonesty scenario 1) : The advertised description of air-conditioning of the room I booked with human hotel residence was the reason we chose this hotel. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel manager claimed that there was no air conditioning in ANY room in this hotel at all, he also lied that he requested *********** to remove the description of air conditioning many times, but it was never removed. I simply could not spend three nights with my wife in the current weather of 34 degrees in average in France during the heat wave. After a thorough discussion, the manager lied and claimed he would initiate a refund through ***********. Hence, I DID NOT stay in this hotel, I had no choice but to book another hotel to stay. (Dishonesty scenario 2 ) : However, the next day I phoned ***********, I was informed that the hotel has never contacted *********** to arrange the refund at all. I had also phoned the hotel and urged the hotel manager to proceed with the refund, he refused to make any refunds and hung up on me several times. The room I booked is clearly described to include air conditioning, it was the deal that I signed up for. The hotel did not hold up their end of the deal in their malicious attempt to falsely advertise the room features in the first place. It was simply a fraud.
