Pleasant room, comfortable bed, nice shower, very friendly staff

We stayed in Ibis Styles for a week in March 2022. Breakfast was decent with a mix of hot and cold food, the staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. However, the location of the hotel is not ideal if you want to visit city centre everyday. There are no zebra crossings on the main road so had to be very careful crossing the roads. Airport was close enough and supermarkets are only 7 mins by walk.

The hotel's reputation is greatly damaged when it accepts to organize a few trainings and does not clear the snowat the parking. People arrive in cars, groups in buses, and no one at hotel administration takes the initiative to address the question of why people have to damage their own vehicles. The hotel should have known from the evening weather forecast that it would snow heavily during the night, and in the morning a considerable number of guests arriving to the hotel by transport would be waiting.

Decided to stay here overnight because it was close to the airport (taxi fare is very reasonable in Vilnius) and also because I like this brand. Unfortunately, this particular Ibis Styles was very disappointing. First of all, it was very cold in the room (in the hallways as well). Seems that there's no heating or it's turned off despite +2 temperature outside. The aircon has a heating mode but it didn't warm the room even by a degree. Fortunately the bathroom had a towel heater. The room was very old and cramped, however the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The breakfast - too crowded (very small seating capacity). Food is lukewarm. And the most important thing: unfriendly staff. No smiles, no greeting. They did their job but didn't even try to look hospitable. I honestly regret choosing Ibis Styles over Novotel (the price for my dates was almost similar).

The room was a little smaller than expected, not cramped but felt as though a few corners had been cut and less space overall. Breakfast choices were reduced on less busy days, you can sit outside if the weather is suitable. Location is out of the centre with a holocaust site (Paneriai) next door. Access requires a U-turn on the busy dual carriageway in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, you had to request if you wanted your room serviced.

We stayed here for a visit to Vilnius and the Rammstein concert in May 2023, so we needed just a place to sleep for a few nights. The location is very convenient - situated a bit further away from the Old Town, but you can easily travel back and forth with your car or by ordering a taxi. There is also a produce store not too far. The room was clean, there were various sizes of towels, shampoo and shower gel (2in1), air conditioning, hair dryer. For breakfast there were various options available. The staff was friendly, too. Overall, I would stay here again.

We went for Christmas and enjoyed it again.. The Restaurant menu whist very good = excellent; is the same for at least 18 months; and needs changing. this time a difference room, which was cold! Staff as always are very helpful.

We spent both our wedding anniversary and Christmas at this hotel ~ 7 km from our apartment. We were not disappointed. The breakfast was much better than we expected - excellent selection.. However, NO Heinz baked beans in tomato sauce! Dinner was excellent. The view to the forest in snow was really beautiful. However, even the better class rooms are small!

Good location if you explore Vilnius by car and want to stay in a relatively quiet place at night (even though located near highway). Liked to have breakfast on outside terrace, enjoying sun and watching busy highway. On the downside, double bed was actually two separate beds put together, thus there was a gap in the middle (could probably be solved by thicker top mattress)
