The Ibis Centrum is located approximately 12 minutes walk from the old town over the river into the new quarter. It is on the opposite side of the city to the train and bus station. My advice would be either to get a cab (25 euros!!), Uber or bus to the hotel. The airport bus also has a stop close by. Check-in was quick, friendly and professional. My mobility assist room was located on the 4th floor. Their are two lifts and both were working. The room was large, light, modern and airy with standard ibis decor and fittings. A flat screen tv, hanging space, writing desk and air con, the double bed (2 x singles together) was extremely firm - too firm for me personally but others might prefer a hard bed. The shower room was extremely large and spotless clean. My only wish is that ibis provide a shelf in the shower area to put your shower paraphernalia on. Not easy having to constantly bend to the floor to pick up shampoo etc. On the ground floor of the hotel next to reception is a lounge area, children’s play area, bar and breakfast room (ibis kitchen). Breakfast is the standard ibis Fayre of hot and cold food. The croissants were particularly large and very good! I did use the ibis kitchen for a casual dinner. The pasta dish was fine. I would have liked more choice though. Note that the hotel does have an underground car park, and accepts well behaved dogs (supplement). Despite the poor wet weather? I enjoyed my stay at the ibis centrum. On a final note their was one particular member of staff I would like to commend. A blonde haired lady (sorry I did not get her name) who worked the ibis kitchen and bar was extremely helpful towards me. She offered to carry my breakfast tray (I use a walking stick) , and when ordering drinks (pot of tea for 2 euros is a bargain) she brought them personally to my table. She is a credit to the hotel. I stayed here 1 night as part of a tour. The hotel is like a jigsaw puzzle, there are rooms going in all directions and elevators in a few spots. Can be confusing. When I went to my room, 408, I had no towels, so when I went down for dinner, I mentioned to the young lady at the desk I had no towels, She assured me in 20 I would have them. I said I'm going for dinner, so no rush, I'll be back in and hour and a half. When I went back to the room, there were no towels, so I called 0300 for the desk. I rang 27 times, I called back, it rang 15 times. I went to the desk and there she was sitting doing nothing. I asked what number should I call for the desk and was told 0300. When i said that I did call and it range 27 times she claimed she was busy. Too bad no one told her she could say excuse me, pick up the phone and say please hold. I mention that it's now been 2 hours and I still haven't any towels. Without saying a word, she stood up and went in the back room.She back out with 1 small hand towel and 1 large bath towel. I asked for a 6;30 wake up call and she said not possible. I asked why and she told me staff doesn't come in until 7am. I asked what would happen if I had an emergency before 7 am, but all she did was look at me like I was crazy. I said Thank you and left. I already commented to Globus that they should never use this hotel again. At least not until they re train the staff. Breakfast buffet was good.

We stayed here for a visit to Vilnius and the Rammstein concert in May 2023, so we needed just a place to sleep for a few nights. The location is very convenient - situated a bit further away from the Old Town, but you can easily travel back and forth with your car or by ordering a taxi. There is also a produce store not too far. The room was clean, there were various sizes of towels, shampoo and shower gel (2in1), air conditioning, hair dryer. For breakfast there were various options available. The staff was friendly, too. Overall, I would stay here again.

不錯的經濟型酒店，靠近火車站十分鐘步程，靠近舊城區。住在公寓裡。房間乾淨，有必要的用具，煮飯的爐子（如果需要），電熱水壺。房間裡有冷氣，但冷氣有啲嘈，洗手間坐廁有味，要我自行用消毒濕紙抹下，味才慢慢消失。早餐不多選擇，但很好。

Всегда есть свободные места на парковке. Вечером вкусно и не дорого поужинали в ресторане на первом этаже. Номер большой, теплый, есть халаты, тапочки, принадлежности для бритья и зубные щетки. В номере холодильник, чайник, необходимая посуда. Небольшое помещение для одежды и багажа в номере. Из минусов - не очень хорошая звукоизоляция- слышно что происходит в коридоре. Завтрак закончился ровно в 10:00 - не успел налить кофе, как автомат отключили.

Perfect location with private and free parking space, breakfast included in price and it is actually one of the better ones in Vilnius, keeping in mind price and hotel star rating. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Good noise isolation! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

My recent stay at Panorama hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location, nestled conveniently between the railway and bus stations, made it a prime spot for travelers like myself. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing, scoring a solid 10/10 for its quality and variety. However, there were a few disappointments. Despite booking a room with a double bed for solo occupancy, my request was overlooked. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with noticeable stains on the carpet and table desk, as well as dirty windows. The TV was also notably small, resembling more of a screen in a car or PC monitor. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this hotel for short-term stays. While there are improvements to be made in terms of cleanliness and amenities, the overall experience was satisfactory for a brief visit. With some adjustments, this hotel has the potential to provide a more pleasant stay for future guests.
