This hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views,also,the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests.

We are upgraded to family room as the twin bedrooms are under renovation, but the room is facing another building. Thus, the curtains have to pull down all the time. The spread of the buffet is marvellous. The hotel has diy workshop and there's convenient shops nearby too. The only downside is that the operating hour for the open-air hot spring bath. It only opens at 8.00am, closes at 10.00pm and there's a break from 12-2pm. Other hotels' public hot spring bath have longer operating hours and there's no in-between break, which is more convenient. For example, Hotel Royal Jiaoxi public hotspring is fr 6.30-23.30. It's a plus for us to have an early bath before breakfast

Very clean and spacious room which has 2 hot spring tubs and 2 toilets. The room type is at level 1 but requires 3 floor level of stairs climbing but is great for us as we have 2 grown up children and need space to repack 2 large sized luggages.

娜魯灣花園酒店在火車站附近，對搭火車到台東旅遊的我們，非常方便，整體感受很滿意，櫃台服務人員、包含早餐時的阿姨們都非常親切熱情，我們較晚去吃早餐，一直提醒我們多拿點餐點，甚至超過十點也不趕人，讓我從容吃完。有提供下午茶時段（爆米花、小餅乾），宵夜（愛玉凍和小米粥），早餐很豐盛，鬼頭刀海苔魚鬆超香、西瓜超甜、有自助式煮麵區、茶葉蛋水煮蛋、炸物、明果冰淇淋、飲料吧、素食專區（熱炒菜）、池上米飯、澎湃料多的海鮮粥，房間除了瓶裝水外還有提供罐裝飲料和米餅，房間很乾淨，有免治馬桶。房型正對台東棒球場，視野採光佳。唯一小缺點，是泡湯大眾池偏小，不太值得使用。

免費定時定點接駁車（要先預約）這個真的很吸引我，一打一不會騎車帶小小孩超需要，會在入住前一天晚上撥電話再次確認航班船班時間然後告知幫忙安排的接駁時刻（跟網站不一定一樣），入住當天飯店也會留意航班船班資訊，比原本預定的還要早搭上接駁車，多了好多漫遊的時間 飯店七樓的遊戲室空間蠻大，而且每天都有不同的活動安排可以報名參加（分免費跟付費），會有工作人員帶領一起完成作品或者遊戲 七樓有櫃檯可以借更衣室鑰匙跟置物櫃（可上鎖）也有提供大浴巾，有一個比較深的泳池跟一個水柱spa +戲水區，泳池有工作人員（救生員）在旁邊留意狀況，但休息放東西的椅子數量不太多，一下子就滿了沒地方放毛巾浴衣，如果有帶泳圈可以跟泳池旁的工作人員借用打氣機就好 飯店正對面就是南海遊客中心，過馬路就到超方便，遊客中心裡面有711營業到晚上11點，有提款機（很重要），因為七美望安的便利商店好像沒有提款機🤣，飯店還連接著另一個商場可以走走逛逛，也有餐廳、美食街，連全聯都很近（走路五分鐘左右） 工作人員對小朋友都很友善，也很願意提供協助，有澡盆、板凳、嬰兒床、床圍可以借用，訂房備註後就會準備好放在房間了，還有小朋友的拖鞋喔（適合中大童） 因為有換房型，但隔天剛好有參加半日遊行程，入住時跟櫃台工作人員詢問，工作人員表示只要把行李收好放在房間裏就好，房務人員會協助幫忙把行李換房間不用一大早拿下樓放哦！真的超貼心~

I loved this hotel. It is very clean and hot spring fills up very quickly. There is a lot of variety to select from at the breakfast buffet. Only downside is there is only one very small elevator for the whole building. It will only hold 4-5 adults max. During busy times, you will need to wait for a few rounds to get on.

Great for family with kids, night market are walking distance, so does the Tree House! Hotel itself has indoor playground and outdoor sand pit, and rock climbing facilities! From Gaoxiong it is easy ride , 39 mins express train and 23-25 mins uber ride!! Easy kill a 2 days there with easy access from a Gaoxiong!Small more layback vibe , and with all the historical ruins!Defiantly worth to check out! Front desk gets over crowed if you end up with big group check in or out ! Our family had a great time,we had the 1 hour cruise trip,Anping old street,night market,and fort in our belt in our 2 days stay, and lots of rock climbing and sand pit, indoor pit ball!!

地點離政府單位機關都蠻近的，非常符合本次出差的目的。 整體設施乾淨，隔音也不錯，可以舒服的休息，洗澡的水壓與水溫也很穩定，個人盥洗一次性用品需要自備。(櫃台有付費提供) 早餐內容比較偏中式，西式的選擇較少，基本的鮮奶、咖啡、烤麵包機等都有。 下次拜訪花蓮時，有機會再回住。

這次入住冠翔泉旅 綠境雙人房，整體氛圍清幽放鬆，適合想遠離城市、好好休息的旅客。 房間空間舒適，整體設計走自然風格，讓人一進房就覺得放鬆。床鋪支撐度不錯，睡眠品質佳，房內溫泉泡湯方便，水質舒服，泡完相當紓壓。 飯店環境維護得很好，周邊綠意多，公共空間安靜。服務人員態度親切，入住與退房流程順暢，遇到問題也能即時協助。 早餐選擇雖然不算非常多，但品質不錯，吃得出用心。整體來說，這次住宿體驗令人滿意，很適合情侶或想要安靜泡湯放鬆的旅客，之後有機會會再訪。
