Hotel Dengan Spa di Taiwan, China

There was an onsen spa inside the room which also used spring water. That's the reason why we stayed there. We liked the place it was clean. I thought lighting was a little on the dark side, even during the morning the room can get quite dark. The full window was in the bathroom so when you closed the bathroom door, the room becomes dark. But it was a great experience to be in the onsen spring while seeing the nice view of Jiaoxi. Nice stay.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

We stayed at this Hot Spring Hotel back 2021 and we liked it. Location and Interior design, neat and well-trained reception staff, rooms are nice too with modern kind of high-tech furniture and lighting and space tiled hot spring prviate bath. they got public one too. And whats more - we were really pleased with buffet breakfast.good welcoming staff. and very clean.

娜魯灣花園酒店在火車站附近，對搭火車到台東旅遊的我們，非常方便，整體感受很滿意，櫃台服務人員、包含早餐時的阿姨們都非常親切熱情，我們較晚去吃早餐，一直提醒我們多拿點餐點，甚至超過十點也不趕人，讓我從容吃完。有提供下午茶時段（爆米花、小餅乾），宵夜（愛玉凍和小米粥），早餐很豐盛，鬼頭刀海苔魚鬆超香、西瓜超甜、有自助式煮麵區、茶葉蛋水煮蛋、炸物、明果冰淇淋、飲料吧、素食專區（熱炒菜）、池上米飯、澎湃料多的海鮮粥，房間除了瓶裝水外還有提供罐裝飲料和米餅，房間很乾淨，有免治馬桶。房型正對台東棒球場，視野採光佳。唯一小缺點，是泡湯大眾池偏小，不太值得使用。

免費定時定點接駁車（要先預約）這個真的很吸引我，一打一不會騎車帶小小孩超需要，會在入住前一天晚上撥電話再次確認航班船班時間然後告知幫忙安排的接駁時刻（跟網站不一定一樣），入住當天飯店也會留意航班船班資訊，比原本預定的還要早搭上接駁車，多了好多漫遊的時間 飯店七樓的遊戲室空間蠻大，而且每天都有不同的活動安排可以報名參加（分免費跟付費），會有工作人員帶領一起完成作品或者遊戲 七樓有櫃檯可以借更衣室鑰匙跟置物櫃（可上鎖）也有提供大浴巾，有一個比較深的泳池跟一個水柱spa +戲水區，泳池有工作人員（救生員）在旁邊留意狀況，但休息放東西的椅子數量不太多，一下子就滿了沒地方放毛巾浴衣，如果有帶泳圈可以跟泳池旁的工作人員借用打氣機就好 飯店正對面就是南海遊客中心，過馬路就到超方便，遊客中心裡面有711營業到晚上11點，有提款機（很重要），因為七美望安的便利商店好像沒有提款機🤣，飯店還連接著另一個商場可以走走逛逛，也有餐廳、美食街，連全聯都很近（走路五分鐘左右） 工作人員對小朋友都很友善，也很願意提供協助，有澡盆、板凳、嬰兒床、床圍可以借用，訂房備註後就會準備好放在房間了，還有小朋友的拖鞋喔（適合中大童） 因為有換房型，但隔天剛好有參加半日遊行程，入住時跟櫃台工作人員詢問，工作人員表示只要把行李收好放在房間裏就好，房務人員會協助幫忙把行李換房間不用一大早拿下樓放哦！真的超貼心~

We absolutely enjoyed the huge tub with hot spring water in the room. We were also given vouchers to exchange for corn or eggs to cook in the hot spring next door. Room was very clean and overall a cosy stay. Our kids loved it! Breakfast spread was great as well!

Great for family with kids, night market are walking distance, so does the Tree House! Hotel itself has indoor playground and outdoor sand pit, and rock climbing facilities! From Gaoxiong it is easy ride , 39 mins express train and 23-25 mins uber ride!! Easy kill a 2 days there with easy access from a Gaoxiong!Small more layback vibe , and with all the historical ruins!Defiantly worth to check out! Front desk gets over crowed if you end up with big group check in or out ! Our family had a great time,we had the 1 hour cruise trip,Anping old street,night market,and fort in our belt in our 2 days stay, and lots of rock climbing and sand pit, indoor pit ball!!

住兩天，四人房 這是第三次住。 房間相當乾淨，櫃檯人員也很親切，沒有車位的話，櫃檯人員還會幫忙移他們公司車走，讓你停車。 對面就是小七，附近還有全聯，中美街上很多好吃的，也算是方便了。 硬要挑不足的地方就是 頂樓的戲水池相當小，最大四個人下去大概就全滿，白天太熱晚上也只開到九點多。 一樓的早餐有特別的餐點是不錯的，但是不知道為什麼一樓冷氣不夠涼，吃的有點熱。 整理來說是很不錯的。

위치가 살짝 애매하긴 하지만 호텔에 무료 셔틀이 있어서 예약만 하면 쉽게 오고갈수 있는거 같아요. 그거 빼고는 지은지 얼마 안된 신상 호텔답게 시설 너무 좋고 룸컨디션도 아주 깨끗하고 직원분들도 아주 친절하세요. 데스크에는 항상 최소 한분이 영어를 할줄 아시는거 같아요. 그외에는 영어 소통 살짝 어렵지만 그걸 커버할만큼 직원분들 매우 친절하셔서 2박3일 잘 쉬다가요. 이렇게 좋을 줄 알았다면 며칠 더 묵는건데. 날씨가 아쉽지만 어차피 온천하러 간거라 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 온천하실분들은 무조건 수영모도 챙겨가야 합니다. 아니면 거기서 구입해야함.
