Was a good quick trip . My 2nd visit and its just my favorite area.

The location is perfect, couldn’t ask for a better spot. The rooms are a bit smaller than we expected and the bathrooms are terribly small and poorly configured. We did not have any room service during our time there. I wasn’t sure if that was normal for 2 nights or not. Overall for the price it was a good place to stay great pools and location which makes all the difference.

To sum it all up my stay at the Hilton Beach Club in Virginia Beach was Awesome . The service was great room impeccable, the Best hotel I have ever stayed in, very clean rooms , the front desk staff was awesome , they showed us much Love and kindness throughout our visit!! This place is highly recommended, you are at home when you are there!!

I live down the street, and needed a few days stay while I waited on home repairs. Kelsey’s act of kindness made my stay a moment I’ll forever remember. Thanks girl! :)

My stay here was great. The pools are nice inside and outside. Didn’t make it to the 21 and over pool there was also a game room for kids next to the pool. The bar outside was great. The staff were very friendly. It wasn’t too crowded with people loading on to the elevators great distance to the boardwalk and other amenities like iFly.

This is normally an easy go to for my kids birthdays but this trip was poor! I booked for a king suite and only got a room with a queen bed, they stated that they did not have king suites! Or any rooms in the entire hotel with king beds!!! I was obviously very upset because of what I paid for and it was not worth it! Also checking in was a very long and drawn out! I stood in a line for over 45 minutes! I am not typically a person to complain or even write a review to complain, if I don’t have anything good to say I just don’t review at all, but I was very thrown back by this stay! I will be calling customer service tomorrow with my complaint!

The space was good. Very spacious. The downfall is.. We came for some relaxation. Unfortunately, that was a fail. It was very loud and reeked of ****. I ask the manager about the jet tub. That wasn't working, yes he did send maintenance to the room to work on it. They did get it working. But it was so nasty once started. It was hair and debris coming out of the jets. And the hair definitely wasn't from someone's head.YIKES!! they took $57 off the charge which I felt like it should've been atleast a day's refund. It was very disappointing that we went through this. I like this hotel.

My queen suite was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, and great water pressure in the jacuzzi shower!

We had a maintenance issue in our room. The staff took care of it quickly and without interruption to our day.

It was nice and quiet the front desk employees were friendly and accommodating. The view was amazing and the room was perfect.
