This is my first stay in dolphin as well as in vizag due to work meet, the hotel property was good and well equipped, the rooms are neat n clean. It is in the centre of the city and nearby to all the prime locations of the city and with well operated staff with good and sound knowledge, my stay in this hotel makes me feel like i was in my home with all the comforts

Being a frequent visitor to this restaurant from last 7 years, very much know most of the staff. Naveen sir, you’re the legend providing absolute delicacies to all the guests which makes to turn over again! Last night my family came for dinner (my mom’s birthday it is). As i was out of station, called to staff and asked to take care about my family. They thoroughly enjoyed all the food they ordered. ***y thanks to the Chefs & Hari g*** who has taken care of my family. Lastly that cake surprise you guys given to my mom is something they can really cherish for a long time! Much Thanks to Naveen sir and all the staff for your kind hospitality and exceptional service.

I am always happy to stay with Taj, no exception staying in Gateway, Visakhapatnam. I have received all types of help and supports, immense care and hospitality and everything. Although the infrastructure is not as per the standard that Taj normally maintains, but it is understandable that a 35 years old building might have such issues, which is ignorable. I am very happy with everyone here. Starting from the booking assistance to everyday supports and all. Here I want to mention the name of one of your employee Mr. Kanwaljeet Singh, who was the best of them all. He supported and assisted to the extent it is possible for a person. He is amazing. And not only me, I watched him supporting and assisting his fellow employees, all the staff staffs members and each and every boarders in the same manner, which is very cordial, very ”Taj”.... I wish him all the very best in his life and career with Taj. But I should mention each and everyone of your staffs I came across, and I am more than happy. At the same time I am feeling very sad, that this age old hotel will no longer stand there, as I feel an attachment already. I wish each and every member a Happy Diwali, prosperity and happiness and all the very best. And to the Taj group, I would like to request to please carry the legacy of Mr. Ratan Tata, the beloved person of us all, always, and make Taj even better everyday, staying apart from all. We visited there for a family trip and it was completely worth it. Amazing hotel,breath taking views, best food and courteous staff. Everything was upto the mark . The infinity pool have the best view of roaring ocean in the background and every room has an extended balcony where you can sit and relax with waves dancing on the front. All staffs were quite professional and courteous. Special thanks to Sansuli ,Manisha for your warm hospitality, to barman Mr. Suresh,Nur singh and F&B team leader Mr. Ranjit for some of the best cocktails from the bar, specially curated as per preferences, to F&B manager Mr. Sunil Kumar for curtailing our every preferences and choices regarding food and beverage. Chef Naidu and Nookaraju were quite proactive with their suggestions regarding sea food and made some delicious sea food that were quite amazing in taste. At last but not least, a big big thanks to Mr. Yona, asst manager from front office, who took care of our entire stay ,was always available for any assistance and put all his efforts to ensure we have one of the best customer service experience. Such humble employees are the real asset for any organisation and people would love to travel again and again for their warm hospitality and customer centric attitude.
