酒店就是市中心，旁邊是商業街，適合逛街吃飯。

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat baik, di sebelah jalan raya. Kami membuat tempahan dalam perjalanan pulang ke Los Angeles dari Redwood National Park. Ia dilakukan lebih dari sepuluh minit. Kecekapannya sangat tinggi. Tidak ada batasan kecuali peringatan di pintu yang anda perlukan untuk memakai topeng. Sikap kakitangan sangat baik. Kami menempah bilik standard untuk kanak-kanak dan menyediakan tiga sarapan, tetapi sarapan Amerika benar-benar tidak biasa. Hotel ini boleh dikatakan sangat baik untuk pertama kalinya, terutamanya keadaan rangkaiannya sangat baik

Saya mempunyai perjalanan yang menyenangkan ke lokasi Hampton ini. Kami mempunyai satu masalah dengan bilik kami. Semasa perjalanan kami, hujan sangat lebat dan ada sedikit titisan datang dari siling di sudut bilik. Meja depan mengendalikannya dengan betul. Secara keseluruhan, saya berpuas hati dengan hotel ini. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Beberapa bit tambahan: - Tempat letak kenderaan boleh menjadi sukar pada waktu malam. Saya mengesyorkan mencari tempat letak kenderaan sebelum matahari terbenam jika boleh. - Tidak ada mesin layan diri tetapi ada ruang makanan ringan dengan harga yang cukup dan anda boleh membayarnya ke bilik anda. Sekiranya tidak sesuai dengan keinginan anda, terdapat stesen minyak dalam jarak berjalan kaki.

We Had 2 nights at the hotel while visiting Kings canyon/ Sequoia area. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful ( one young lady was in training on that day ) We had to use the laundry and she even came with us to show where it was and also gave a good tour of the hotel ( gym etc) The breakfast was a nice plus in the morning and there was a good selection of food ( pancakes, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit etc) We traveled in California for 2 weeks and not many hotels provided breakfast included in the room price. The room was clean and pretty modern. We were far from the train tracks so did not hear it during the night. Thanks for the great service :-)

The motel room was nice and clean. The location was good. Good place.

Mir sind die positiven Bewertungen für diese Unterkunft ein Rätsel. Eventuell nur durch einen Wechsel des Managements zu erklären. Wir haben schon häufiger in Häuser der Best Western Kette übernachtet und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Best Western stand/steht für uns für einfache, aber sehr saubere und gute Hotels. Aber das Best Western Americana in Dinuba fällt hier völlig aus der Reihe. Unprofessioneller und unfreundlicher Service. Eine Angestellte, die einen unerfahren Eindruck machte, wurde vor unseren Augen von ihren Vorgesetzten eingeschüchtert. Der Aufgang zum Zimmer wurde vermutlich schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt (klebriges Gelände & Spinnen-/Staubgewebe an den Decken). Das Zimmer war stickig & müffelte. Das Waschbecken hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Sehr laute Klimaanlage, die die Temperatur im Zimmer aber keinesfalls regulierte. Highlight: An jeder erdenklichen Ecke befindet sich eine Überwachungskamera. Man hat hier nicht das Gefühl, dass es der Sicherheit dient, sondern vielmehr, dass die Gäste überwacht werden. Ich würde dieses Haus nie wieder buchen und auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Schade, dass durch so ein Haus der Ruf der Best Western Kette geschädigt wird.

Due to Covid-19, we did not travel for about 2 years. As of Apr, I had 4 free nights, three expire in Jun and one expires in Dec. I booked 2 nights at this hotel from Apr 17 to 19 with free nights. When arrived, we found that pool was not in service. My kids got really upset. One main reason I booked the hotel is indoor pool. They did not state that either on the web or app. In the night, I called Marriott to see whether they can switch the second night to residence inn. I called residence inn and confirmed pool working. The lady told me everything was set and I was going to get cancellation for Fairfield inn and confirmation letter for residence inn. I got confirmation letter in minutes but no cancellation. I called again and was told me since I was in the hotel so I had to talk to front desk to cancel. I went downstairs and chatted with front desk. The lady told me she would let manager know and everything was supposed to set by 8am next day. Next day I still did not get cancellation letter so came by front desk during breakfast. They promised again manager would handle it. Around 9am, we tried to checkout but Marriott system did not allow since it still showed as 2 days reservation. Front desk promised that they would handle it by 12pm and posted points to my accounts. It would take 2 to 3 business days. And two days later, finally my second night of Fairfield inn got cancelled but no points or free night was not posted. While stayed in residence inn, I booked second night with free night that expired in Dec. After one week, I contacted Marriott again. This time, a gentleman told me that there was no much hotel could do. He posted free night expire in Jun. I asked for free night expire in Dec or points since we do not have Jun trip plan. If Marriott did not mess up, for sure I will use Jun free night instead of Dec free night. He told me that's it and he thought the lady did everything right. Really got exhausted. For a simple problem, it took hours, calls and chats to fix. And finally got messed up and customer has to accept it. looks nice and professional but no one can help. Everyone promised but no promise really happened.
