Very clean, very quiet, easy access and easy to park for free around. I stayed only one night but if I had to come back I would choose again Kora living. Walking distance from vibrant city center. Welcoming staff, all facilities you need for a good stay, even a pool on the rooftop.

We enjoyed our room which had a balcony although no seating. We did not notice noise from the busy street. The breakfast room had a lovely buffet and the bar area was cosy and enjoyable. Front desk staff were helpful in locating restaurants and showing us where everything was on a map. Our only downside was the parking stall designated to us was very, very tight for our rental vehicle. Overall we enjoyed the hotel.

Las instalaciones están bien diseñadas (habitaciones espaciosas, buenos colchones, baños correctos, parquing, zona desayuno,..), pero tienen un problema con el mantenimiento: la caja de caudales sin pilas, el tapón de la ducha suelto,etc... Otro problema importante es la mala insonorización de las habitaciones respecto al tránsito y ruidos de la calle (menos mal que los vehículos tienen limitada la velocidad). La limpieza de habitaciones es deficiente, errores en la reposición toallas y elementos higiénicos, y ”amenities” que no se reponen. Es chocante que un hotel de 4 estrellas no ponga ni un boligrafo ni un agua de bienvenida, ni tenga una cafetera/tetera eléctrica en la habitación, a pesar de tener espacio más que suficiente donde colocarla. A su favor el desayuno, que podríamos darle un 7 sobre 10. Creo que deben mejorar, en estas circunstancias, sin ser malo, tampoco merece la clasificación de aprobado/correcto, y consecuentemente no justifica la cuarta estrella.

i found this hostel to be a brilliant place to stay and wouldn't change a thing. i stayed for 2 nights in august. firstly, the woman on reception was LOVELY and very helpful answering any questions and so nice just to chat to. the location was perfect, in the old town so many great bars with great atmosphere very close and not far walking to the main plaza. i recommend la gilderia 3mins away for a vermouth and delicious pintxos. as long as you don't expect any fancy touches (bring your own toothpaste / soap / towel, no breakfast (but a fully functioning kitchen) then this will work great for you and for the price (23 euros) it was very good value. i actually had a whole dormitory to myself plus a clean bathroom with a good shower, and locker for safe keeping. very much recommended
