Hôtel appart city très bien situé a proximité de l'aéroport de M****ille. Personnel sympathique. Malheureusement l'établissement est vieillissement et un sérieux rafraîchissement des chambres et parties communes est indispensable.

Il soggiorno è andato bene. Sono arrivato di notte e per fortuna trovato qualcuno che mi ha fatto entrare alla reception dentro la quale ho chiamato un numero di telefono e seguito le istruzioni per fare il check-in. La camera era grande e la notte è andata bene.

La personne à l'accueil était très sympathique et agréable. La chambre est super. Parfait pour un long séjour avec la laverie et tout le confort nécessaire. Pour prendre l'avion, ce n'est peut-être pas l'idéal si votre vol est tôt le matin car le premier bus ne passe qu'à 6 heures et l'hôtel reste quand même un peu loin de l'aéroport. Sinon c'était parfait.

Emplacements bien positionnés, on es bien isolé pas de bruit.

Quelle déception..... Alors je peux comprendre et entendre le fait que cet hôtel soit un 2 étoiles et que le prix soit bas .... Mais delà à avoir un rideau de douche douteux et taché qui date a priori de l'ouverture de l'hôtel, dans la même douche un pommeau qui ne tiens pas, sans parler d'un rasoir jetable utilisé, laissé sur le dessus du mirroir... Beurk🤮. Dans le reste de l'appartement, de traces jaunes de coulure de je ne sais quoi, des traces de crayons de couleurs sont sur le mur du salon ainsi qu'une propreté au sol laissant encore une fois a désirer. La literie du salon est môle et inconfortable sans parler de la clim qui n'est même pas capable de rafraîchir une pièce de 15m². Bref, une chambre à l'image d'un hôtel oscillant entre la négligence et l'abandon de l'entretien de celui ci (déco cassé et au sol et intérieur de l'ascenseur cassé). Bref, si vous n'avez vraiment pas le choix d'un autre hôtel où si vous n'avez vraiment pas les moyens de prendre une chambre d'hôtel digne de ce nom.... Éviter cette hôtel 😉

Spacious property, comfortable bed, adequate condiments for cooking, hot shower. Good WiFi, front desk available for most of the day & evening. However the curtains were virtually off the rails & the heating didn't work. Plus the floor wasn't that clean.

It's an old building in not so good shape far from everything, no public transportation and exptremlly expensive.

Pending transaction still reducing my available balance over a week later

Had to wait thirty minutes just to get the key. There is no human receptionist so you need to call and call until someone finally picks up and tells you a code to access a lock box with your room key. All this at midnight. Not good.

Stayed here twice, after arriving and just before departing. It’s convenient but very grimy and run down. Would not stay here again.

Listen to the reviews, don’t stay here. I was lucky and was able to call and eek out the fact that I needed to pay an extra 1.20€ in order to get the codes to get in the building and get my key. So inconvenient, so confusing. Instead of paying one, just one person to be at the front desk, they outsource so a person to answer the phone, if you are lucky. I had to help like 4 people who were stuck in the lobby and couldn’t get there keys. Oh, also my ground level room couldn’t shut the privacy shutter so I had to tape towels up on the windows so people couldn’t see directly into my room.

Property was clean and close to airport. I won’t ever go to appartcity again due to the lack of communication with the staff as well as the arrogance of the manager in charge during our arrival. If you arrive outside opening hours, make sure you have ALL the codes to access the property (main gate, door and safe for apartment keys) or else you will end up outside for the night. Also, make sure you make your payment or else they won’t leave any of the above for you. I had to find out the hard way. Never again. I’ll stick to real hotels with 24hr nice and accommodating staff from now on.
