New hotel located close to the airport, has shuttle bus facilities for a fee of 5 euro/ person, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable…. highly recommended to stay !

The location of the hotel is ok, not far from the airport. This is a new style of hotel. The decoration is very special and nice. Free parking and staff are friendly and efficient. Will visit again

I didn’t reach the hotel because the HOTEL TEL NUMBER is FAKE!!! No ways to contact the hotel, and I spent all night in the airport! And they don’t give me the refund! This is really the worst hotel I have ever seen in the world! DON NOT BOOK!

Such an excellent hotel near airport, im very picky with cleanliness and this hotel is superb.

Brand new hotel with very low hygiene SOP 😶 the towel we used was stinky I think the housekeeping didn't change to a new one. It was disgusting 🤢 And one of the mineral water provided was not sealed and when I opened there's a brown stain around it, dunno what it is. The check in was too long 😔

Offered us shuttle pick up from the airport which was very convenient. Hotel is clean, spacious and staff is reliable

No reservation in advance = no shuttle service available The overall service is poor, looks like they are understaffed at night Small pool, small gym Food and drinks are quite expensive Very poor management -＞ Tribe is NOT customer oriented. That's the basic of hotel management!!!

very mondern and clean and perfect for early flight but too expensive. even taxi service to airport for that distance is unreasonable high cost

Truely lovely brand new hotel, very close to the airport A genuinely modern and classy design and vibe in this hotel. It would be a great hotel for central Milan!! Previous reviews are correct. Walking to the airport isn't possible as the only route is along the highway. But the hotel provides shuttle service for a small fee. We stayed here due to a super early morning flight. Was perfect for this, though in hindsight, it wasn't necessary. It would have been just as easy to train from the city centre.

Cannot walk from malpensa airport to hotel... need to arrange a transport with the hotel to the airport, and each trip costs EU$5/pax. If take a cab from airport to hotel cost EU$15 to 20... other than the hotel stay is comfortable.
