HOTEL de LEN

We decided with Hotel De Len as our 3D2N stay in Dolomites. The room was very clean and the hotel service was great. It is in a small town in Cortina and we could feel the warmth service from the team. The team did a small upgrade for us as it was our honeymoon and the morning view was great! Would totally stay here again if we ever visit Dolomites

The room we booked was nothing like what was advertised. The “view” that was described was actually a view of the parking lot and no view of the Dolomites. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful and moved our room, but it appeared they were only able to because the hotel was empty. There was a thermostat in the room but absolutely no cold air coming in so we had to open the door that was connected to another hotel members balcony, plus allowed horrendous busy street noise into the room. The hotel being $800+ a night PLUS additional fees ($50 per night for parking, $25 room service fee when the kitchen is only 2 floors down) is absurd. The only thing I have to say about this hotel being nice is the staff. The updated rooms is the only thing this hotel has to offer and it does not make up for the poor room “view” advertising and uncalled for additional fees. Breakfast was included but the only thing you can order is eggs. Only allowing 60 minutes per STAY in the spa is not okay either, or again having to pay more if you’d like to stay more than an hour. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a total rip off.

Hotel De Len was fabulous. The staff are so kind and helpful, the location is perfect, and the spa is INCREDIBLE (nothing better after a long day of hiking!) The room was clean and comfortable and the view of the mountains from our balcony was stunning. Highly recommend!

The hotel is adorable and the staff is nice. But for 800.00 I had higher expectations. We checked in at a reasonable time and was given the worse room in the hotel. Given the time limitation in the spa, the sad room and no coffee in the room we decided to just leave and go to another hotel. I would save your money and splurge elsewhere. Absolutely not worth the price.

We just had a lovely stay at Hotel De Len. The locations is perfect, 2 minutes walk from into the centre of the town. It is modern, stylish and cosy. There is a small restaurant with a really good quality menu and no problem dealing with my food allergies. The thing that made this hotel stand out however was the amazing staff. Always attentive, polite and helpful. Their attention to detail was really outstanding. Thank you, we will definitely be returning.

We LOVED Hotel de Len! Chic decor (a mix of Scandinavian/Italian with local touches - impressive mix of colors and textures, magazine-worthy). Super-comfy beds and pillows. Well-equipped minimalist bathrooms, with soaking tub and separate shower, heated floors. The food was amazing - over-the-top delicious (and included) breakfasts and lovely snacks at cocktail hour. The concierge service was so helpful, especially when we had a reservation mix up with Pia Tofana who wanted to charge us $300 for cancelling within 72 hours! The hotel helped explain the mix-up and negotiate on our behalf. The spa was incredible - we didn't book a service, my husband and I just used the hot tub and sauna, but it was lovely and immaculate and again really great design. The service was top-notch, warm, quick, and friendly. For instance, I came down on our 3rd day and the waitress brought me my coffee order, just how I liked it, without being prompted, because she remembered from the past day. Amazing. The service felt personal and intimate, which is so hard to find in big hotel chains. Our breakfast waitress waived good-bye to us from the restaurant window when she spotted our car pulling away! Just wonderfully nice people running a very upscale, design-focused hotel. We hope to be back!

Every single thing about this place is first rate. The staff, the breakfast, the in-room snacks and beverages, the SPA (omg the spa). From the moment we checked in to the second we checked out, we were truly taken care of here. Do NOT miss the spa, trust me. Perhaps the coolest I’ve been to. Go at sunset if you can.

The Hotel de Len is a wonderful hotel in Cortina. The front desk staff are very helpful and the concierge, Laura, made our trip special with great tips for hiking and around town. We had a junior suite with a balcony which was very spacious. Definitely opt for the full included breakfast which allows you to choose your main dishes (the scrambled egg with speck was perfect) and includes pastries, fruit, ham, juice and more. The breakfast wait staff really work hard to remember your favorites and your coffee order. Our room also included an hour in the spa to sit in the multiple saunas, hot tub with an open air view and clever showers with scents. It was so much fun we booked it a second night. Perfect end to long days of hiking. We would definitely return.

The hotel's elegant ambiance is matched only by its impeccable service. The rooms were beautifully appointed, exuding comfort and style, with breathtaking views of the town and mountains. The bathrooms are very spacious, especially by European standards. The attention to detail from the staff was outstanding; they went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests, including providing chocolates and a bottle of wine in our room. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu of delectable dishes. The in-house spa was the perfect ending for our day of hiking. And let's not forget the prime location – situated in the heart of the town, it made exploring local attractions a breeze. Hotel de Len truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
