This is our 1st time come to AThens , this Hotel very near with train , take Arrissa station and just a 2 minute walking . Reception and early check in also very smooth .there is elevator , bed are great . Hot shower and towel provided . We Will come again. Thanks

Minus: The toothbrush holder looked very dirty, I would probably give it a deep clean. There were some signs of mold in the shower and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. The rain shower head lived a life of its own, very inconsistent with how the water came out, it also took time for the water to warm up. If you care about noise, don't get a room with a street view, the windows really weren't soundproof at all. The location is a bit sketchy at night. I would also recommend the hotel to advertise to people not to waste food at the breakfast buffet because there was A LOT of it by others when we were there. This is a big thing for hotels in the north. Pros: The room looked quite newly renovated. Seems like the hotel was under renovation because when we were there it was a completely different style from the breakfast room to the room. It's probably going to be very pretty when it's finished. Plus for the minibar and kettle in the room. Plus for a separate toilet room and shower room. Great view from the balcony in the room and from the roof terrace. Great, down to earth staff. Also a very good breakfast, I have stayed in many different hotels and this is one of the best breakfasts in Europe for me.

The Kefalari is located in a very nice neighborhood with cute shops and nice restaurants. They offered us a breakfast box due to no restaurants serving breakfast in the neighborhood. We had to leave at 2:30 am for a flight, so missed out on that but they had Nespresso pods available as well as water. The rooms are beautiful and have great amenities but the carpet needs replacing. I believe they are in the midst of renovations. There is a small elevator and also cookies, coffee and bottled water in the lobby.

It looked good on screen and it looked just as good in real life. Friendly and helpful staff to not only get you checked in and into your apartment with ease but to give you some insights to the local area and all that has to offer. We booked the Superior Suite so was a cute mezzanine layout. Proper coffee machine, kettle, hob, fridge and oven; even a fruit bowl packed with juciy oranges ready to be squeezed (there is an electric juicer too). Special call out to Panos who was super helpful throughout our stay. It's very close to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, which combines a great viewing point for sunsets, the modern architecture of the Opera House as well as park land, sports facilities (running track, outdoor gym, swimming pools etc) and a great restaurant (Jardin All Day Stories)

Had a stay over for flight transfer. Hotel shuttle is handy, need to contact the reception in advance to book. Need to call them or write to them via email. The email is only available in the official web. The location is next to a port, with many great and local restaurants. Some slight set back: the sound proof of the hotel room is not fantastic. Overal experience super great.

PPengguna TetamuStayed in Mirivili whilst on a business trip in Athens. I was pleasently surprised. The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Hi Speed wifi was available and came in very useful for work. The Staff were really helpful and friendly,. With special praise reserved for Mariza, who ensured i had a good stay. Little things like plug in mosquito repellent and euro plug adaptors may not seem much,. but when I forgot to pack mine they made all the difference. I look forward to coming again soon.

For those visiting Sthens, Kifissia is a great area to stay in albeit out of the centre which for us is perfect. The staff are super helpful and friendly, nothing appears to be too much trouble. We had a small issue with the bathroom in our first room which neccistated a room change and that was to an upgraded suite, wonderful! Breakfast is more than adequate. If we visit Athens again it will be to The Y Hotel for sure.

The location is great, as you can find whatever you need near you, but the best thing in this hotel is the staff. They are all great and really professionals. I would recommend this hotel for sure. Because: The rooms are really new,fresh and beautiful.I had a room with small balcony.Extremely comfy bed,beautiful bathroom.Nespresso with complimentary coffee, full mini bar. The staff was very helpfull and extremely nice,they will manage everything you need. Breakfast are small but it is enough,be sure to try their home made cheese pie and pepper pie.Perfect! The area is also very nice,it is next to park and great restaurants and shopping area. I will be definitely back when the renovation will be done.It is really very nice boutique hotel with high quality.

PPengguna TetamuJust finished our trip in Greece. We stayed in Kifissia, in this beautiful and lovely hotel. Everyone was always kind and helpful from the start to the finish. Both my husband and my kids loved it. Reception was always smiling and answering our questions without a doubt.Panagiotis and Marita, lovely people. Restaurant was magnificent and the food/drinks were lovely. We spend most of our time with Giannis and Konstantina on the afternoon . Both of them were always very kind and quick to our needs and orders,even though their plate was always full with people. They give the restaurant what it needs. We also spent a little time with another waiter, I believe his name was Stavros or something similar. He was the opposite of what the previous waiters were and that kind of ruined our experience in the restaurant.He was also rude sometimes both to us and his fellow coworkers. The housekeeping ladies were full of love and kindness and our rooms were always clean. Overall 4.9/5 experience. We will sure return again.

PPengguna TetamuWe recently spent 3 nights at the Athens Life hotel. It is about a 30 min drive from central Athens and there are plenty of parking spaces right outside the hotel. We were given a warm welcome at Reception and our bags were taken to our room. The welcome note and marzipan were a lovely touch. Our room on the 3rd floor was large, clean and very well equipped. We found the low bed and surrounding ledge quite difficult to get in and out of, so do be mindful of this if you have a bad back etc. Some of the furniture/decor is a little tired, but it didn’t take anything away from our stay, especially given the reasonable price of the room. The air conditioning and WiFi were excellent. Our favourite part of the room was the balcony with stunning views over the mountains. We could have sat on it all day! We had a meal and cocktail in the restaurant, plus room service a couple of times and the food and service was fantastic. The hotel is incredibly peaceful and serene and definitely the place if you want to unwind. We barely saw any other guests our entire stay! A very enjoyable stay!

Aunque el metro tarde 40 min hasta la zona más proxima a la Acropolis. El desayuno escasito. Sin lujos. Mejor olvidar. Mi experiencia negativa la tuve con el peesonal del hotel. A la hora de preguntar por un transfer... Dependiendo de a quien preguntabas te decian un precio distinto. Y si aun preguntas, la respuesta fue de todo menos correcta. Volveria?? NO. Creo que puedo encontrar algo mejor en otra zona... Y con facilidad para moverme. Un saludo Miguel Vigo

Let’s go in order: - Completely absent attention to the client. Staff is unprepared and bothered by anything you might ask them. - The carpets in the halls were filthy with multiple stains - The room was not clean, I found multiple hair on the chair close to the desk and on the towels in the bathroom as well as dust all around the room - I checked the bed and it was not dirty thankfully. Nevertheless it was incredibly uncomfortable and I could feel all the metal springs - I went to breakfast the first morning and the service was completely absent, no one greeted me in any way or asked what I wanted to drink for example (there are no coffee machines to make a cappuccino/tea/espresso/etc on your own so I would expect that someone asks me) - On the second day I went again for breakfast and took an orange juice from the dispenser; I saw something dark floating in the dispenser, but did not pay attention to it until I noticed it in my glass and took a closer look - it was a worm (!!!). I told the waitress and she came back to me sayin that it was a dark piece of apple (…) - I left it there because I did not want to discuss, but please check the pictures and let me know. Also, it was orange juice so not sure how the apple thingy ended up there. Overall I have no idea how they got 5 stars, but this place should just close. Everything about it was unacceptable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and never go to this place.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location next to lovely park with good restaurants and cocktail bars . free and easy parking. We had a basement suite which was spacious and clean. Staff were polite . We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and breakfast was varied. Overall very good value and perfect for a night or two
