Ulasan Ibis Styles Vung Tau

My friends and l stayed in Vung tau for leisure. The reason why we pick up this hotel is the location, reasonable price and the deep understanding of what core value of a budget hotel in a tourism city should provide to the customers. The location is great. It is closed to the beach and Jesus status in a walking distance. It is also closed to some wonderful restaurants. The price is reasonable. It deserved the price in terms of room facilities and breakfast. A budget hotel has a swimming pool at the rooftop faces the beautiful sea and beach. Breakfast is great as well A comfortable bed and strong hot water in the showering room are the most important things for me. Ibis is doing great job. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for balance among budget, safety, comfort and convenience

Hotel with a nice location with beach just across the road. Nice pool and view on the roof. Good breakfast (but everyday it’s the same so you can get bored after 2-3 days). You got a free water every day. Room size is pretty big. The biggest problem is elevators… you can wait it for ages, they are very slow…. Also room cleaning can be a bit better, there always were some hairs and dust near the door after cleaning

The hotel was so unique n well designed for its named Staff was exceptionally courteous n pros mannered Well greeted on arrival by staff name hang and also well check out by her as well haha! Good stay very good view frm room wit balcony although bit sandy on floor perhaps that the themed Will come bak again

Stay for meetings, good location . This is good place to stay. Staff was very kind to assist with transport and direction.

Worst hotel experience in Vietnam and Ibis hotel ever! I stayed in Ibis style Vung Tau hotel in Vietnam hotel for two nights during 6/22-6/24. In the 6/23 morning ard 8am, I was deeply sleeping and ur lousy house keeping staff ring the room bell for many times made very loud noise and woke me up in the very early morning. Further she used her staff card entered into my room while I was naked on the bed, it was really rude and lousy service!!! Thereafter, I complained to your reception manager, she totally didn’t feel its ur fault, and didn’t apologize for all about this. She (I don’t know her name) said every hotels policy like this (this is totally ********!!). And if I can’t accept it, I should go to find another Airbnb to stay (I already prepaid all the room fees. Did she kick me out of hotel?) What a sick reply from ur supervisor! It’s definitely the worst hotel experience ever!! I’ll gonna leave very poor ratings at Google map and every hotel’s booking website to remind people not book this lousy hotel!

Nice staff. Hotel is clean with a modem design. Near the hotel have a seafood market. Which is cheap and the food is ok

I booked via Trip.com room with breakfast , the hostness denied my entry said room not inclusive, went to Front Office and the Duty Manager said the same, show them my booking invoice and they agreed, went back again to restaurant the hostess still denied my entry. Finally I piss off go outside for my breakfast. On check in day the room key not functioning at all, have to go to Front Office for twice. Terrible service and the Duty Manager can't handle this situation and hide inside office. Will not stay in Accor group hotels anymore. 入住当晚房卡换了2次。今早又说房费不含早，给于订房证明后前台说OK，但到了餐厅又说不含早。气死，直接到外面用早餐。不會再入住雅高的饭店。
