Hotel berhampiran Fujitodai 21-go Park, Wakayama

房間如圖前三張，個人感覺雙床間超過同價位酒店的房間，設施齊全、寬敞，有沙發，洗手間三分離，空間也大，還有户外的陽台。 酒店有男性大浴場，女士沒有浴場但可獲得一張面膜，此外耳塞也可以自取，感覺很貼心～ 後三張圖是在陽台拍的城景，視野也很開闊，離火車站非常近，整體性價比非常高，推薦。

We spent two nights here and the experience was good. The room was a good size, though the bathroom was smallish. Reception staff were helpful and there are amenities like shavers and toothbrush sets available. You can also request extra pillows, which are harder. There is an onsen in house, and they also provide ice cream and a small bowl of plain ramen noodles in the evenings. Location is good and it is a few minutes’ walk to the train station. Paid parking is available at the hotel .

This is a well-facilitated hotel with very friendly and helpful room services delivered by the polite staff members. The hotel lobby is very clean with rich color of heritage and indigenous cultures. The nearby shopping and dining restaurants provide delicious and tasteful food. I would like to consume the hotel services again when returning to this wonderful town.

地理位置方便，今天從酒店出門八分鐘我還趕上了小玉電車。房間雖然小，但是很乾凈，提供的東西一樣不少。更絕的是還有免費早餐， 種類還不少，400多塊錢兩個人帶雙早，這價格還要什麼自行車，作為來和歌山中轉一晚的酒店實在是窮遊選手的性價比之王了。

Value for money. For the price paid. Can't complain much as got free driving from Kada station to the hotel. Cons is need to get the pic from train station to call as the number on the Google map and the banner can't go through. Recommended to use the hotel transport as walking is too far. Pros everything. There is a laundry coin as well which save our life alot as we travel 3 weeks to Japan. Do note the awajima shrine is just beside this hotel. Must visit and do see the sunset and sunrise. Fabulous seaside view and nice Japanese traditional style onsen with Seaview. They also switch male and female side every day so you can enjoy both onsen in one trip. Their check out time is 10am and check in around 15:00 so the time you can enjoy is a little limited. But I would recommend you take the breakfast and dinner inclusive to have the whole experience and it is quite far away from any food and no convenient transport except transfer to city center every morning.

ホテルの真下が綺麗な海で潮騒の音が心地よい❗️ テラスのお風呂を三回も利用（笑）満天の星の深夜も夜明け太陽が登る早朝もサイコー❗️ ギリシャには訪れた事無いけど…ギリシャをイメージした建物に内装も食事も満足感あります。 今回、初めての利用ですが絶対、リピ有りです。 全国旅行支援を利用した旅でしたがホテル直接の予約でしたがワクチン3回接種証明を忘れて割引やクーポンはゲット出来なかったけど…其れでも大変コスパ良く同行の母親も喜んで親孝行できました！ スタッフの対応も素晴らしく室内も新築の様な手入れをされて清潔感あると思います。 料理は前菜のボリュームがあり過ぎて魚料理、肉料理が食べきれない。ちょっと年配の母親にはキツイと感じました。 ギリシャヨーグルトは流石に美味しい！ 大阪や京都、神戸の方には超オススメです。 でもギリシャ料理を堪能したので個人的には◎

The attention to detail and the genuine kindness of the staff made us feel like VIP guests. They also thoughtfully provided a bucket for us to indulge in the glowing enchantment of firecrackers and even tidied the mess up afterwards. But the best memory of our stay here was definitely the culinary experience given by the chef extraordinaire — Master Chef Matsuki. His creations were nothing short of a gastronomic revelation. Each dish was a testament to his unwavering dedication and profound respect for the ingredients. Oh, the flavors — titillating all our taste buds in every bite. And the generosity of Chef Matsuki in sharing his culinary wisdom, guiding us on how to savor each morsel, elevated the entire dining experience to sheer perfection. The language barrier was no obstacle to the remarkable team of staff members who graced us with their presence. Their command of the English language was commendable, and even those who were not entirely fluent went above and beyond to cater to our every whim and need. Their genuine desire to assist us was palpable, leaving us feeling truly valued and cared for. I am already making plans to return with my beloved family, as I know they too deserve to bask in the unparalleled warmth and luxury that this establishment exudes. This hotel has set the bar impossibly high, redefining the meaning of hospitality and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. ディナーをいただくためにレストランへ行きました。 私たちを含めて5組程度、各2〜4名のお客に対し、ホールスタッフは5名程度いました。その中で、コース内容に含まれているパンが一切配膳されないまま、私たちのテーブルへデザートを持ってこられました。 「このコースには、パンがついていませんでしたか？」と問いかけると… 「全てのお客さまにパンを配膳するために、お声かけをしているはずなのですがすみません。」とレストラン責任者の方から回答されました。 「私たちは、配られていないのですが？」と伝えると、「すみません」 と言って、急にキッチンの方へ下がられました。しばらく時間が経つと、その方はお詫びと言ってデザートプレートを持ってこられました。 私たちは、その対応に驚きました。 謝罪の後にデザートプレートでも提供しておけば、無かったことになるだろうと考えたのでしょうか？その安易な対応に衝撃を受けたのです。 私たちは、ただ素直に「申し訳ありません。本来ならば全てのお客様に、配膳のためにお声かけをすることになっていました。しかし、今回はそういった対応ができておらず、不快な思いをさせてしまいました。今後はこういった事がないように、原因を調べて業務改善に努めていきます。」といったお話だけで十分だったのです。 些細なパンの配膳ミスだからです。 それを「全てのお客さまに…」と話され、じゃあ私たちは客に含まれていないのか？と意地悪く思ってしまいますし。おざなりに「すみません。」と話され、こちらの回答を聞くことなく下がり、突然デザートプレートを提供する。そういった解決方法に疑問を持ちました。 なぜなら、私たちの後ろの席にはソムリエの知り合いの方が、食事を楽しまれており、各従業員がわざわざ挨拶に来られていました。 当初、ワインでも頼もうかと考えていた私たちは、おすすめを聞こうと他の従業員経由でソムリエの方に提案をお願いすることにしました。しかし、ソムリエの方は従業員に連れられ、私たちのテーブルへ向かっていたはずが、そちらのテーブルの方に呼ばれて、進路をかえて先にそちらへ行かれたうえに、しっかりとお話されてから私たちの方へ来られました。 しかもソムリエの提案内容は、メニュー表に記載されている内容で読めば分かる中身のないものでした。そのため、私たちはアルコールなどは頼みませんでした。 他のお店のソムリエの方に提案していただくと、その日の来店目的や好みなどをさり気なく聞き取り、食事内容と照らし合わせて、最良を提案して下さります。 ワインの知識豊富な接客のプロフェッショナルだからです。 当初は、従業員の方のお知り合いが来ているのだなくらいでしたが、こうも接客に格差をつけられると良い気はしません。 また、誕生日にケーキを依頼していたテーブルの方がいらっしゃり、バースデーケーキの提供後に、間もなく提供されたお詫びのデザートプレートの内容をみて顔を顰めていらっしゃいました。 こういったレストランの環境が、少なからずその場を共有した方々に影響しているのです。 しかし、事を荒立てる気もなくお礼を伝えて食事後に部屋へ帰るため、レジカウンターの前を過ぎると「すみません。」と繰り返し若いスタッフに声をかけられました。 最初は謝罪を受けたのだろうと思いましたが、それは間違いでした。 「すみません！ビールなどの会計が！」 と言われたのです。 私たちは、レストランでお酒の提供は受けていませんでした。 その場には、責任者の方もいられたので、飲酒していないことを伝えて部屋に戻りましたが、度重なる出来事にとても不快になり、フロントへ連絡をいれました。 そして、上記の出来事を説明して「どう思われますか？どのように対応したらよいと考えられますか？」と問いかけました。 改めて連絡するとのことで、30分後に同じレストラン責任者の方が1000円の金券を持って謝罪に来られました。 しかも、こられて早々に金券を渡されたのです。 私たちは、金券やデザートプレートが欲しいわけではなく、経緯と今後どう対応していくかの説明を求めていたのです。 金券を断りそういったことを繰り返し伝えましたが、理解はえられませんでした。 最終、金券を受け取らないと話が終わることも無かったので、いただきましたが1日の終わりにわだかまりが残りました。 今回、病気の友人の体調が少し落ち着いたので、楽しみにしていた旅行でした。 近場でゆっくりできる場所としてマリーナシティーホテルを選択しました。建物は美しく、周囲の施設やそこの人の対応は素晴らしかったのですが、ホテル従業員の対応は台無しにするようなものでした。 友人から湯治に和歌山に行った時に、とても親切にされたから和歌山にまた行きたいと話されたことも、今回このホテルを選んだ理由でした。 友人も私もこういった話をスタッフの方としている時も、涙が出そうになっていました。

Standard Japanese business hotel, albeit with an onsen and newer than most. Breakfast is adequate, with western coffee on offer. Location is not central, but within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Shimo-Isaka station, restaurants, and a supermarket. Not exactly geared towards non-Japanese travelers, since the staff hardly speaks English and the hotel information given is only in Japanese. Extremely satisfied with it considering the affordable room rate.
