良い評価は多いのだが？宿に到着あまり愛想のよくない感じ！ 夕食が雑踏のように賑やかで、料理の品書きは「本日の新鮮な魚料理とあった」期待したが近くのスーパーで仕入れたパック物を盛り付けた感じ地魚には間違いないのかもしれないが？刺身に数々のパテをつけて食べるようだが？魚の鮮度を隠すような工夫かと疑った！ 若手の賄さん達や外国人が頑張っているが「研修不足」か知識が無さすぎる！！！ 部屋に帰ると布団が敷かれていたが、位置を直そうとシーツをめくるとシミ布団が表れて寝る気が薄れる、詰め込みすぎの部屋が多いのか夜中の2時頃までも騒がしく夜勤係に注意を頼むもいつもの事のように対応が悪い。 どの部屋かと通路の奥まで行くと座布団や布団等備品が山積みになっている、火災が起これば逃げ場が無いかもと危惧する！ 温泉は良かったが、鳩の糞が目に付く。 値段は高めだがこれなら民宿かビジネスホテルでも泊まった方が良かったと悔やまれる。 帰りに女将と思われる苦言を発するも脱兎のように逃げた隠れてしまった？？？ 二度と行きたくない！！！！

お料理とても素晴らしいです。素材の良さが引き立ちますし、盛り付けも季節に合わせてくださり大変感動しました。 館内には細かなところにサービスが行き届いていました。 しかしながら、肝心のお支払い時に、まさかのミス。金額が違うのではないか確認してほしいと言っても対応してくれず、結果的にはやはり宿のミスで1万円高くなるという・・・ しかも、ミスを指摘してもすぐ、その場で認めていただけなかったのが、大変残念でなりません。
